A/N: so with this episode, it is Rory and deans 3 month anniversary, however, the dates don't go in with the story, so it is 5 months instead of 3.

"Looks like your lover boy is here." I wind Rory up as we get off of the bus from school. Tristan decided to come round as well, we were finalizing the decision of moving into the garage.

"Shush, now you go run off with your lover boy." Rory jokes as me and Tristan start walking.

"So, where shall we go?" I ask Tristan

"I'll treat you to a hot chocolate at Luke's if you want and take them back to yours." He replies

"Mmm, that sounds really nice." I laugh

"Come on then." He takes my hand I'm his and we head towards Luke's, which was less than 20 meters away, just on the opposite side of the town square.

"Good afternoon Lucas." I say as we walk inside.

"Victoria, Tristan." He greets

"Hi Luke." Tristan states as they shake hands. "We'll take two hot chocolates to go please."

"Okay, it's on the house today." Luke tells us

"Aww, thanks Luke. I'll do extra on my shift tomorrow." I reply

"No, you won't." Luke states as he hands us out drinks.

"I will, now bye Luke." I say adamantly and walk out.

"Gee, I thought Christmas was a big deal around here." Tristan tells me as we walk towards the house.

"Well, this is a town that likes celebrating. Last year we had a month long carnival, when we got off the septic tank system." I joke

"A month long? You're kidding." He laughs

"No. There were rides and balloon animals, a freak show and a petting zoo, where I got bit my a tarantula." I continue

"Uh-huh, you almost had me going there for a second."

"Well, we did have a ribbon cutting ceremony." I state. "So, about the garage. You up for it? It's a lot Tristan, I don't want you to feel like you have to."

"No, I'm up for it. It means living with you and raising our little girls."

"Okay, good, I wanted you to. I looked around and spoke to mom and it turns out that we've got all the electrics, it's just thermal that we need to do." I explain

"I'll have someone arranged to come and do it." Tristan says

"Thanks baby." I say as we get back home.

"So, do you know what day it is on Friday?" Tristan questions me

"Our 6 month anniversary."

"Correct. And I was thinking, that you could get out of Friday night dinner so I can take you out for dinner."

"Yeah, grandma and grandpa like you, so they won't mind." I tell him.

"Okay, good. I'll pick you up at 7."

The rest of the afternoon went quickly, me and Tristan talked about everything. The girls, the garage, the future. Until he had to go home.

"No. Put that away." I tell mom as she looks at a box for hamburgers.

"I want to cook."

"You can make soup." Rory adds as she comes out from her room.

"No, I want to really cook like on the food channel. I want to sauté things and chop things and I want to arrange things on a plate. I wanna be the iron chef." Mom explains
