Personality:
She may seem dark or intimidating, but she is actually quite friendly and loving. She doesn't hesitate to show it either, always happy to spend time with her friends. She is, however, one to hold a grudge and do what she can to get her own back. After getting her heart broken she now guards her heart, but in truth she does so poorly, easily falling for people who show her even the slightest kindness. She is pretty sarcastic as well, and can seem cocky. She is also very caring, and tries to be a shoulder to cry on when needed. She does get into fights often though, especially when annoyed.

Dislikes: Her ex, silence, maths, seeming weak and/or vulnerable

Backstory:
Evangeline moved to Hawkins at the age of 18, having lived in a small town in England beforehand. She had a pretty alright childhood, though she didn't have any friends, and had developed a love of horror from a young age after reading up on urban legends and watching horror movies as a kid.
When she moved to Hawkins, she was very quiet at first, having got into a fight with her boyfriend back in England which led to a nasty breakup, in which he insulted her, which left her embarrassed by her normally sweet and talkative nature.
It wasn't until she met Eddie a month later that she finally found a friend she trusted enough to once again be herself around. After a while, she found herself slowly falling fall him, she loved his confidence and sweet attitude and how he made her comfortable enough to show her true self.

How they met: They met when they bumped into each other while both running late to class. Eddie complimented her style, which slowly led to a conversation and the two becoming friends. Then falling for each other.
