I ran down the sidewalk, praying that I'd make it in time.

I ran towards the scene, to find Seijuro at gunpoint.

I stared at his beaten and bloodied form, concerned.

'He's never gotten hurt to this extent before..'

I thought concerned.

He looked at me, eyes widening in horror.

"You shouldn't be here.."

He groaned as they smacked him with the butt of the gun.

"You have 2 options. 1, you can give us money and we'll set him free. 2, we kill you and let him go."

They spoke.

"How do I know you won't kill me then kill him."

I asked, causing them to grin.

"You don't."

I sighed, before stepping towards them.

"Let him go."

I spoke, as they tossed him towards me.

He groaned in pain, as I cradled his head, humming softly to him.

"It's ok now. You're gonna be fine."

I whispered.

"Y-You shouldn't be here, snowflake."

He whispered, before groaning in pain.

"I will give you my number. Allow me to get him to a safe place, and I will return here."

I spoke.

"You better, f**got."

My eyes widened, before I walked out the building, before carrying Seijuro to my sisters house, and leaving his injured form on the couch.

I returned, before sitting down infront of them.

And that day, gunshots rang out, much like the Christmas bells that Christmas morning.

As my vision got dark, I heard more gunshots, before silence, and all I saw was red hair, along with worried and horrified heterochromia eyes.

"Sorry, I couldn't stay for long, Seijuro."

I spoke, smiling sadly at him.

"D-Don't say that. The ambulance is almost here. It's only a minute away. Please hang on until then."

He spoke, his voice cracking.

I smiled sadly, before kissing him softly.

"I-I'll try."

I whispered, and once I heard the ambulance sirens, I passed out.

When I awoke, I was blinded by bright lights, before groaning in pain.

I heard someone beside me shouting I was awake, before I was greeted by red eyes.

"Snowflake! Oh thank god you're ok."

He whispered, hugging my form loosely, yet comfortingly.

As if he would break me if he hugged me any tighter.

The doctor told me that I was paralyzed from the waist down, since I previously had bullets lodged into my lower back, destroying the nerves.

When I went out the building, I was in a wheelchair, as Seijuro pushed it.

"Well, it's better than being dead."

I spoke, gaining a chuckle from him.

"Right. Anyways, I love you, my snowflake."

He spoke, kissing my cheek.

"I love you too, my emperor."
