He loves your flaws. Just like in art everyone has flaws. Scars, discoloration, bumps he finds it all beautiful on you. It even makes him feel better to know someone who looks perfect can have flaws themselves.

Vincent watched you as you bathed. You knew he would never do anything to you without your permission. He took in your form and you placed your leg on the side. He noticed a small (or big) scar on your leg and made a mental note of it.

You walked into his small room later on and found various sketches of a leg with a scar on it. You smiled and sighed.
