At Shivika's apartment,

Shiv: you wait here, i am coming in a minute...he said to Anika as they reached on door and went in.

He come back with some piece of chapati and aarti thaal and started moving chapati around her making her confused.

Ani: what are you doing?

Shiv: dadi asked me to take evil eyes from you so i am doing that...he replied.

Ani: you believe in these things?

Shiv: no i don't but if its for your good i have no issues in doing any thing be  it any superstition...he said applying tikka on her forehead.

Shiv: now come in...he said forwarding his hand to hers and made her sit on sofa.

Ani: ab kya kr rahe ho yeh?...she asked being irritated seeing his over care for her.

Shiv: i had went to mandir in early morning and did pooja for your safety so pandit ji has given me this raksha dhaga to tie on your wrist...he said tying the black thread.

Anika can't believe on her eyes and ears the person who never believes in god as he thinks god has snatched his love from him...he went in mandir for her.

Ani: tumne toh mandir jana chhod diya tha na from the time Anvi left you?...she stated her confusion.

Shiv: you talks very much give little rest to your throat...he said to avoid topic which confused Anika more saying he took her to room.

Anika sat on bed leaning on headrest, her mind were disturbed from past events...first Shivay wanted her to give him second chance, now he is behaving as if nothing happened, once he shows concern towards her and on another side he keeping secrets from her...what is happening? Is he planning something? or she's just over thinking...her mind were surrounded by these questions when he walks in with the tray of food.

Shiv: its dinner time...he said keeping plate in front of her.

Ani: i don't feel like having anything, its still paining in my throat.

Shiv: i know its paining but still you have to eat already you have lost so much of blood and having weakness...see i have prepared your favourite corn soup...have it now.

Anika tried to eat but couldn't move her hands properly.

Shiv: may i?...he asked politely on which she nodded after few seconds but him asking for permission irked her mind again, from when does he started taking her permission? One side he made her stay with him with the right of being her husband and now a husband is asking for his wife's permission?

Shiv: Anika, i know how it feels when your own family treats you badly but think from your father's prospective too, how can you expect him to behave nicely with you after all whatever happened?

Ani: i don't want to talk about him now please.j

Shiv: Anika, here after please don't say you don't have family...please...ok let it be tell me how's it?...he asked forwarding spoonful of soup to her knowing she might get disturbed speaking more about her father.

Ani: jyaada meetha hai...she replied.

Shiv: meetha...he uttered confusingly while tasting himself.

Shiv: this is good Anika, its not too sweet.

Ani: someone is caring for me after so long, that could be the reason its tasting sweet to me...she said looking at him keenly.

Shiv: you deserve every care Anika, you deserve everything and i'll give you all of them but before anything i want clearance if you really wants to be with me or i am forcing myself on you....he thought in his mind.

Three days later,

Anika is feeling much better now, her throat pain has reduced too due to Shivay's immense care. He never let her do even a single work from helping her in her morning chores to tuck her in bed at night, from making her breakfast to give her medicines on time...he does every small things for Anika, which now started frustrates her.

In evening,

Anika was sitting in hall while Shivay has gone to shop some grocery when Riddhi came.

Ri: so how are you feeling now?...she asked sitting on sofa.

Ani: very good in fact i had called Sid and Mansi to have come over here for case work but Shivay denied them for work.

Ri: ohho...from when Mr.Oberoi becomes Shivay?...she asked teasingly.

Ani: that's the thing Riddhi...seeing all his care i am just afraid that i'll again...she stopped in middle not knowing what to say.

Ri: Ani, can't you see how much he cares for you? We all have seen his condition when he was about to lost you...leave all that tell me why you are afraid in loving your own husband?

Ani: its complicated Riddhu you won't understand.

They were having talks about him being crazy for her when Shivay walks in, seeing him both stopped talking making him suspicious.

Shiv: what happened ladies? Mujhe dekh ke chup kyun ho gayi?

Ri: nothing we were talking random things...girls talk you see...

Shiv: okay...you sit i am coming in a while saying he again moved out giving them space.
 
After dinner,

Anika was resting when shivay walks in room after cleaning table and sat on sofa.

Ani: what happened with your beard? Why it is looking as if you haven't shaved from long?...she asked seeing his grown, pricky beard out of nowhere.

Shiv: i am just coming after changing he said avoiding to answer her question.

Anika starts thinking, why won't she when the person so obsessed with his looks and specially his beard for which all girls flats doesn't shaved it, is it due to her? Does he forgot to shave due to her condition?...question popped into her head when he walks out in his pajamas

Standing in front of mirror, he started drying his wet hairs with towel, Anika's gaze got stuck on the scene in front of her.

Her mind started getting dirty thoughts...she wish she could more mess his already messy hair; drowning herself in his oceanic eyes...damn his natural pink lips which could give toughest competition to any lipstick shade...she so wanna grab them in hers...her eyes travelled more down where his Adam's apple was popping out where she loves to bite him...his bare manly chest appealing her more inviting...she wished she could hide herself under him and him showing her stars in bed like never before.

Shit, what are you thinking Anika? From when did you started thinking like cheapdi?" her brain questioned.

"what's cheap in it? He is your own husband with whom you had uncountable make out list" her heart reminded.

"make out? really? from when did love makings changed into make outs?"her brain suggested.

"so what she likes him when he takes charge over her and have her roughly" her heart answered.

"but it happened just once that too after she pleaded him many times as he can't think to hurt her be that in the way of giving her plesure" one more memory popped into her mind.

"that's why you loved him and may be you still do"....her heart whispered.   

Shivay walk towards her making her heart beat faster...she tore her gaze from him as thought of him guessing her intentions will definitely won't look good to him.

Unaware about her thoughts he leaned on her making her eyes reflect raw passion she is feeling for him now.

Shiv: my watch...he said before grabbing it from her beside making her hell embarrassed, she thought he is about to kiss her.

"don't let him go away now...just grab him and do whatever you wants, just ask him what you want and he will give you, he is waiting for your permission...he is your own still wedded husband just get him now and make him yours forever"...her mind and heart both whispered.
