Out side the court room,

Ri: Anu, Mr.Oberoi lets go...its time for hearing...she said looking at her watch.

Ani: Riddhi, do anything but try to grab next date, i haven't started investigation yet due to some useless matters....she said looking at Shivay.

Ri: i know...you told me everything about the case, i know opponent will be showing that cufflink wala prove as they have that only, but don't worry Riddhi Chhabra will manage everything she replied with determination while Shivay was looking at both in disbelief, as he thinks he struck into it badly.

Inside the courtroom,

The procedure started,

"The case is filed against Mr.Shivay Singh Oberoi under the charge of murder of Mr.Raj Sharma, which is filed by his brother Mr.Dev Sharma. The lawyer for Mr.Oberoi is MS.Riddhi Chhabra...the lawyer for opponent is Mr.Dev Sharma is he himself" announce the associate and judge ordered to proceed.

De: my lord, Mr.Oberoi was having affair with my sister-in-law Mrs.Shanaya Sabnies Sharma...he is so much obsessed with her that he killed her husband and my brother Mr.Raj Sharma...as per the police investigation, the special cufflink which Mr.Oberoi wore on the day of murder is found at the spot...this is the open and shut case, so i request you my honour to announce Mr.Oberoi guilty.

Ri: objection my lord, i want to light on some things.

Jud: you may proceed.

Ri: so according to my lawyer friend Mr.Dev...police got cufflink on spot of murder but a cufflink isn't sufficient proof to announce Mr.Oberoi guilty, as a businessman he wore them. There are many businessman and rich people into Mumbai who may wore same expensive cufflink same as his, so my honour it is totally baseless to blame Mr.Oberoi for murder.

De: objection my lord, i accept that many people may wore cufflink but the cufflink police got is belong to Mr.Oberoi as it has his initials 's'.

Ri: objection my lord, it is not only Mr.Oberoi is whole Mumbai having name with 's'...Riddhi said angrily, making Anika chuckled as she know her friend is fully in her lawyer form.

Jud: as per the proves presented, the court cannot state Mr.Oberoi guilty... the proves was not sufficient...but at the same time the proves didn't favour his side as well. The court is ordering Ms.Anika Singh Raizada to take over the charge of case here after.....next hearing on this case will be held on 7'th of coming month, the court is adjourned for now.

Outside the court,

Om: wow, Riddhi impressive...you handled the hearings very well.

Ri: its not me Om...all brain behind this was Anika's....she replied back with smile, when she spotted Anika coming out after completing some procedures related to investigation.

Ani: thank you Riddhi...you did great job...she hugged her.

Ri: Anu...here are the agreement you asked for...she said forwarding an envelop.

Anika took it and read them, signing them she forward it to Shivay.

Shiv: what is this?...he asked confusingly.

Ani: Divorce agreement...i am freeing you from this forced relation...she said with blank expression, listening which Shivay stumbled little.

Om: Anika, what is need of divorce?... he asked on behalf of Shivay who is standing in shock.

Ani: it is much needed Om, especially after whatever Mr.Oberoi said me that day...and i don't want to become hurdle into his love story.

Ri: i hope you will sign them asap so the procedure can start mutually and soon you both will be out of this nameless relation...by the way Anu, i need your marriage certificate for further procedures.

Shiv: don't worry, you will get them soon...saying he moves towards his car.

Anika and Riddhi also moves to their car,

After sometime,

They reached back to Arnav's flat,

Ri: Anu, you can still back off from divorce...she said seeing Anika's sad face.

Ani: i know i can, but don't want too...

Ri: Anu, why can't you understand you love him so much.

Ani: when i deny? When i said i don't love him?

Ri: then why you are separating him from you?

Ani: i am not separating him from me, he separated himself from me long back, i am just freeing him from me and this forced relation on the name of marriage, warna woh toh mere dil mein hamesha rahega...meri mohobbat banke, jahase koi usse mujhe chhin nahi sakta.

Ri: Anika, loving Shivay was biggest mistake of your life...she said frustratedly.

Ani: i know loving him was my biggest mistake, but that was very beautiful mistake i did in my entire life...i can't stop myself from doing that mistake again and again, if he is my mistake i will love to do same mistake in my every new life...she repiled with smile.

Ri: don't you feel bad when you see him loving someone else and that someone is not you?

Ani: loving him is my selfishness, i can't blame him for not loving me.

Ri: this is not answer for the question i asked, anyways tell me what was the reason behind your separation?

Ani: reason behind our separation is i am myself...i failed to make him trust on me and then when damage happened i backed off for giving him explanation...she replied smiling.

Ri: what damage?...why didn't you prove your innocence?

Ani: because, if i had been proved my innocence...hamara rishta bach jaata lekin uske zindagi ka sabse khaas rishta toot jata...he will be heartbroken, woh khud ko sambhal nahi pata...

Ri: Anu, for keeping him protected, you broke yourself beyond the repair. At least share with me what happened in the past?

Ani: leave it, i am here for prove my ex husband's innocence...not for snatching his love.

Ri: correction Anu...he is still your husband your divorce isn't granted by court till now.

Ani: but soon it will...anyways let's find if we get some proves so that we can move back quickly before my heart overpowers me.

"i am not going to let this divorce happen, if you loves him...he has to love you back, i can't afford to see you breaking more...this is your friend's promise...i will make you both together again by hook or crook" Riddhi determined to herself.

After sometime,

She went in compound where Omru were already present.

Ri: i don't know about Shivay, but Anika truly loved him...she still loves him, she is so much heartbroken but just for Shivay's sake she came Mumbai...i can't even think how will she live after officially being separated.

Om: i know...i was in touch with her before being Shivay's wife she is good friend of mine but i can't assure if Shivay loves her or not. After Anika went leaving him he started isolating himself from everyone, so i can't predict what is going into his mind ...he said being dissapointed.
