We pulled up in front of the house and from the outside it looked promising, we checked the surrounding area and the view we would get from here is also a really good one
There wasn't a front garden however there was a small path heading towards the front door so we wouldn't be walking straight out into the pavement, a great thing if we're walking out with a pram
James takes the lead and knocks on the door and it doesn't take the agent long to answer and greet with a smile
"Hey you guys must be James and Riley! My names Fran" Fran introduced herself excitedly
"Hey Fran it's nice to meet you" I softly say before James says a quick hello and we enter the house

Fran had finished the house tour and explaining everything through with us and I could see me and James actually living here
We walked around one last time on our own to discuss if we were in the same page and it doesn't take long to figure out that we are
"This place is just perfect" James says while taking every detail in
"It honestly is and the bedrooms are such a good size, can we try and get this house?" I ask James
"Oh we're getting this house" James replies making me laugh
We walk back into the front room to find Fran who was emerged deep into some phone call but as soon as she saw us she quickly said goodbye and hung up
"So what do we think of this house" Fran asks
"We both absolutely love this place, we really want it" James beams
"Here if you fill this paperwork in, I'll take it back to the office for me and I'll handle it from here" Fran says whilst pulling some paper out of her bag and handing us a pen
"I honestly hope you both get it, it's a lovely first home and it's definitely spacious so once your twins are here it won't feel cramped" Fran continues
"Yeah that's what we said upstairs, it's just such a lovely modern home and I hope no one else wants this place" I giggle causing Fran to do the same
"There has been some interest but I'll try and weigh in your favour" Fran says with a smirk
"I'll pay extra if you do that" James playfully says causing us all to laugh
Once the paperwork was filled out we said our good byes and got into the car but instead of driving away straight away like usual James goes on his phone
"What are you doing?" I question
"I'm checking something" James whispers
"That doesn't really narrow it down does it" I sigh
"Ah look there's plenty of options" James happily says
"Plenty of options? What are you talking about?" I ask getting more and more frustrated
"Look" James laughs before showing me his phone which has Just away pulled up with the address of this house
I playfully smack James in his arm for not explaining sooner which only makes him laugh at me more
"What did you think I was doing" James laughs
"Well you said plenty of options and you wouldn't let me see your phone so what was I supposed to think" I reply
"Okay okay good point! I didn't think it through but I've always heard people say that you need to check for takeaways around you when you move so I just had too" James laughs causing me to do the same
"You're just a twat" I laugh
"Yeah but I'm your twat" James replies whilst grabbing my face pulling me in close so he could kiss me
