Evelyn's POV•

It's been two weeks since i saw her again,and they were filled with enormous bliss,i took an oath and im going to fulfill it,i wanted to be honest and completely blunt about my feelings towards her,seeing how their increasing every day.

Before loving her,i thought life was pointless,i was living for my daughter's sake not that im enjoying life at it's fullest. My insecurities were the worst of them all,i never wore something that could show my scars,i once regretted marrying him but i came into reconciling with the fact that it was a lesson bound to happen.

She saw my scars and not once did she look at me differently,her eyes always admired and loved me. While who ever saw them pitied me. I hated every moment of it. Yet she kisses them while giving me a message even after sex.

Today Adam is visiting for the week,and Emani was coming back from a business trip as well,but they still don't know that Kendra is alive and well.

"Baby just wear what makes you comfortable,i doubt their strangers you know"i said buttoning my shirt,as she basically made the closet a big mess.

"No,their seeing me after three years,i have to at least look good and alive"she whined

I go over to her"want me fo pick something for you?"

"Yes yes please do or im going to fry my brain"i chuckled taking a black button up shirt,paring them with camel tweed pants,and black loafers

"You will look stunning in anything and nothing"i winked and she smiled at me before changing into my choice of clothes

She turned around for me to see,and my heart literally skipped,i extended my hand for her and she took it,i took her lips in a quick peck"should we reschedule and have a night for us"i suggest and she chuckles

"Better yet let them baby sit,i won't tell if you don't"she grins"ravishing as always,i love you my queen"

"I love you too"she captured my lips for a leisure kiss,her hands pull me in by the waist i moan into the kiss,pulling her further in.

DING DING

The bell made us break the kiss"i'll get the door,hot stuff"i wink at her before leaving our room.

"Hey Evelyn,look who i brought"he pointed at Emani who rolled her eyes punching his arm

"I got the idiot from the airport,he somehow forgot that he needs a car,anyway wheres my goblin"she chirped walking past me and he followed suit

"Do come in please"i mocked closing the door

"Hey strangers,did any of you miss me"Kendra said putting Keva down

Emani gasped getting on her feet walking towards Kendra,she pinched her arm and then pinched herself"fucckkk it's really you,Evelyn,she's real right"i nodded and she bare hugged her best friend crying her eyes out,soon Adam joined them

"Mommy why are they crying"i kneel down

"Believe me baby my ears hurt"she giggles after seeing the group hug end

"Why didn't you tell me?"Emani asks after calming down

I cleared my throat"well it didn't cross my mind because i wanted her all to myself,today im trying my best to share"i finished kissing her cheek
