Chapter 20: Practice

 "I got us matching hoodies. We have to try them on, c'mon." Amina says and throws me a white hoodie with a black design on it. "Look how cute we are. Let's do a picture."

 "Very cute." I smile at the picture we took.

 "Let's look for some more clothes."

 "Lead the way," I tell her.

 I check my phone and see that I've got a text from Callum.

Callum🐛💚: Hey, where are you?

Me: mall w/ Amina, why?

Callum🐛💚: what store? I think we see you guys.

Me: you're here?

Callum🐛💚: yeah, Zak and I wanted to check out the new sports store

Me: he was being serious?

Callum🐛💚: wdym?

Me: he said he was coming to the mall too but I didn't think he was being serious

Callum🐛💚: okay anyways what store are you in?

Me: Charlotte Russe

Callum🐛💚: yeah that must be you guys. we're on our way

 "Callum and Zak are here."

 "Really? Did your boyfriend tell you that?"

 "Callum just texted me."

 "Oh, okay."

 "Hey guys," Callum says, once he's in earshot. "When do you have to leave for practice?" He asks me.

 "In about two hours. Why?"

 "Do they still allow people to watch practices?"

 "Yeah," Amina says. "I'm watching her today. Why though?"

 "We wanna watch."

 I look between the two of them, slightly confused.

 "Umm, okay..." I say.

 "What? I've watched you practice before."

 "Mhm, and you're going because?" I turn to Zak.

 "It'll be fun." He smiles. 

 "Anyways, can we come?" Callum asks.

 "Well, it's open to the public so I can't really stop you."

 "Yes! Okay, finish you're shopping and we'll meet you there." Callum says as they leave.

 I just roll my eyes.

 "I want us to get matching outfits," I turn to Amina. "Ooh, do this top and these jeans. Try em on, I wanna see how they look on you. I'm gonna try on mine and we'll see how it looks." 

 We end up buying the outfit and taking a picture. I thought we looked cute. It was basic but whatever. 

 "We can go to the food court and eat for the next hour until we have to leave."

 "Sounds good to me."

 I walk into the gym and change into my practice clothes. And head to the floor.

 "Danni, great. I need you to warm up your tumbling and then find Ryan and warm up your stunts." My coach says to me.

 "Got it."
