The moment Takemichi time-leaps to the future, he finds himself in the DVD rental shop he worked, but the manager approaches him and explains they didn't have what he wanted. Takemichi then sees his clothes expensive clothes and new hairstyle in the mirror, which confuses him. 

Exiting the shop, a guy Takemichi can't recognize waits for him and tells him to come in the car. In the car, the guy tells him they are going to Takemichi's place by Takemichi's order, which surprises him as his apartment isn't in that direction. Wondering what to do, he decides to call Naoto, but realizes he doesn't have his phone number. 

As they arrive and Takemichi comes out of the car, more scary guys greet Takemichi, but feels he had seen two of them. One of them complains they are slow and tells Yamagishi that he had to keep Takemichi in line. Yamagishi explains they were late due to Takemichi wanting to visit the DVD store, making Takemichi realize the guy was Yamagishi. The crybaby also realizes the two other guys are Takuya and Makoto.

As they get into the building and everyone calls him boss, looking at how luxurious it is, Takemichi wonders if he got into a winning future. Reaching his apartment, he sees Chifuyu waiting for him, who tells him that the upper echelon is having a meeting and they need to go. Takemichi can't understand what is going on, so Chifuyu reminds him that he is Tokyo Manji Gang's top admin, which surprises Takemichi himself.

Going on to the meeting, Takemichi sees unfamiliar faces, but recognizes Pah-Chin , who comments that not everyone is there yet. Takemichi also recognizes Mutou from the 5th division and Smiley from the 4th division, although he doesn't know their names yet. 

While on the other side of the table, are people that Takemichi himself doesn't recognise. A tan-skin guy named Hakkai Shiba, a short blonde guy with a burning scar on his left eye named Seishu Inui, and a guy that looks like a rich boy named Hajime Kokonoi. 

As Pah-chin wants more food, the old Toman members get in an argument with the younger ones with Seishu Inui commenting that they are bringing money to Toman, while the old-timers are just lazying around. Heck, this even resulted in Pah-Chin to violently kicking a chair, asking Hakkai to "take this outside".

Annoyed, Chifuyu then said that just because they're ex-Black Dragons members, doesn't mean that they are better than the others.

'Black Dragons? The gang that Shinichiro founded?' Takemichi thought. 'Wonder what

That's when Hanma start talking, who said that he didn't want to discuss the treasury funds, but instead explains that Koko's IT business, Hakkai's cover business and a few others were searched by the cops three days ago, which should mean there is a traitor among them.

As the others argue and insult each other, Kisaki comes and everyone bows and greets him, much to Takemichi's shock. While it is rare for him to show up at those meetings, he explains he had something to take care of and then approaches Takemichi and requests to speak with him and Chifuyu.

Going into another room, Kisaki asks them if they hate him, then confesses that he arranged Bloody Halloween, used Hanma to convince Kazutora and form Valhalla. When Chifuyu asked why he'd done that, Kisaki explained that he wanted power and praise. He then bowed and apologise to both of them for the incident.

He also explained that he also felt sorry for Baji's death, seeing that Chifuyu still feels guilty about it. This info got Takemichi surprised, as he thought that Baji's death was prevented.

The three of them then have a toast, dedicating it to Baji. But after drinking it, Kisaki confesses that he actually lied about feeling guilty about the incident, stating that he's gonna finish what he should have done years ago. Both Chifuyu and Takemichi then fainted, losses consciousness.
