A Goddess, Their Guardian (Naruto Fanfiction)

Guardian 4: My Team is so Awesome.

*Kimiko's POV*

I woke up early in the morning thinking the event that had happened yesterday. That was... eventful.. I guess..

Flashback

"I'm a Goddess." He looked at me shock written on his face.

"It's impossible..." He said surprise. I shook my head smiling at him.

"Why don't you look in you office? There must be a book about us." I suggested. I followed him all the way to his office. I don't mind spending the night. It's fine by me.

He look at the history of the Gods. He flip some pages until he stop. He look at me wide eyed as I look at him innocently.

"So my instincts when you first came here was right. Kamegami is a godly name. And you're the goddess of nature am I right?"

"Yes." I said politely. I was surprise when he bowed in front of me and smiled.

"It's a pleasure to meet the Goddess of Nature, Kimiko-sama." He suddenly said.

"No need formal names for me, Hokage-sama. It's fine. You can just call me Kimiko." I smiled at him. "Could I ask you a favor?"

"What it is?" He asked.

"Please don't tell anyone of me being a goddess. I can't complete my mission if everyone knows I'm a goddess." I said.

"I guess you have to change you last name. I'm sure everyone will notice it if you use Kamegami." He said I nodded brainstorming a very edible name.

"What about Megami?" I suggested.

"Megami? It means goddess so... I think it's ok." He said. I chuckled a bit thinking of my name. But I told the academy that my name is Kamegami.. Oh well.. "By the way.." I look to him confusingly.

"... What's your mission?" He asked.

"My mission is to be a babysitter to Naruto, the fan girl Haruno, the emo Uchiha and the Copy cat Hatake." I said. He stifled a laugh because of my loving description to them.

"So you're like their guardian goddess?" I nodded. "What a coincidence... Their in one team." He said. Dad's right!! He predicted it!! I like it!

"Since that is your mission, I could transfer you to Kakashi's team then." I thank him and hug him a little tight. He's like a grandfather to me in this world. He's so cool!! "You better go home. It's past 10 already." I nodded going home skipping happily.

That's pretty nice. At least Hokage-sama knows than nothing.

I did my morning rituals and decided to fix my hair into bun in both sides just like Chun Li in street fighter but there is still some strands in my hair that flows into like pigtail. In short, it's a bun with a pigtail. Ugh, seems like I just made the explanation harder.

I wore a light blue crop top with a fish net under it. My bottom part is a baggy pants that reach above the knee and I add a skirt that reaches 5 inches above the knee. I wear my blue ninja shoes and entered my kitchen to eat my breakfast.

I notice that I didn't wear my headband so I place it around my neck. Now that I'm ready to go, I step outisde, lock the door and place my key on a blue blooming chrysanthemum that reminds me of my hair, eyes, and mom's name. Slowly, the flower started to close. I walk outside feeling the fresh air swaying through my hair. I suddenly bump into someone so I kinda stumble a bit. The person I bump into didn't said any word.
