Undelivered letter

So before we begin just some information i think you should know about the oc I created.

His name is Izumi.He is a white roomer same generation as Kiyotaka until they were 9 .

The OC is like a big brother and caretaker  to Kiyo and was a friend of Shizuku.

His job is just to deliver the letter. nothing much .

We can see Ayanokoji and Shizuku in the cafeteria both of them about 8 years old .

Ayanokoji pov:

"Hey Shizuku, what are you writing"I asked my seatmate as we were eating during our break time.Today the training regiment had increased by a drastic amount but it wasn't something I couldn't take .Shizuku also showed no signs of visible discomfort.

She had been scribbling something over a piece of paper she managed to secure secretly without being noticed by the instructors.

"o-oh u-umm its something I want to tell you" She replied .

I didn't understand what she meant if she wanted to tell it to me won't it be better to just say it.

"You do realize you can just say it to me directly " She could be punished if any instructor found out she had done this .

"I....."

Before she could reply my eyes suddenly shot open.I looked around to find myself in my dorm at ANHS. Its been a while since I have had this dream again .Well that day is just around the corner perhaps it was just a subconscious reminder.

I got up and prepared for the school .

That letter huh.

I left for the classroom with just one thought in mind-'What did she write in that letter?what couldn't she say to me.'

On my way to the class I met Ichinose that invited me too lunch later during the break but since I was too busy thinking about that letter I unconsciously agreed with her .She had a strange expression on her face then she asked.

"Ayanokoji kun ,are you ok?"

Ichinose pov:

I waved at Ayanokoji kun to go to school together. I also wanted to ask him to have lunch with me later that day during the break but when I saw his beautiful golden eyes I saw something I had never seen before.

There was sadness in his eyes. A sadness longing for an answer to a question he doesn't want to know the answer to himself but still tries to be honest its a sad paradox.

I had been suffering from the same problem a few months earlier when he swooped in to save me.

Thinking of it as a chance to repay the favor he had done for him and partly...who am I kidding mostly due to the feelings I had for him ,I decided to ask.

"Ayanokoji kun,are you ok?"I asked with determination to help him out with anything even if its the t-re..(Ignore this)

"I am perfectly fine,Ichinose"He replied in his usual monotone voice and his eyes were now back to normal.Did he find out that I realized that his eyes were different.

"IF you say so but if you need help with anything in the future just ask"I said to him in hopes that he might   rely on me just like i did on him.

"I will keep that in mind"He replied and we headed  to our respective classes.

Ayanokoji pov :

 I was heading to my class thinking about what just happened .I accidentally released some darkness in front of Ichinose .*Sigh* Well looks like that letter is getting to my head its almost time for that day and we also need to make some arrangements for that thing we had decided to do .
