Izuku had to wait until summer for the place to be open, but when it opened, that's when his first job began. In the first month, he was clumsy as he didn't have the strength to do many things, but he persisted. He started doing some training to improve his body bit by bit. When he got his first paycheck, he went to an ATM to check his mother's balance, only to see another 2.5 million yen was deposited into the account, which confused him but made him glad as well.

He spent a year without knowing what happened on the stage.

"BOOO! Where are the ladies? I was promised dancers!" Mineta complained, which made a lot of girls glare at him.

"Not everything is about the appeal. Sometimes it's about the journey." JJ commented.

"Who cares about the journey, I just want to reach the end," Mineta said back, which got JJ to shake his head in disappointment.

"No wonder you're a few pump chump," JJ said back to him, which got many people to giggle as they understood the joke.

"What does that mean?" Nejire questions, which Momo and Izuku agreed on as they don't get dirty jokes.

"You see-" Kaminari started but his face was taped shut.

"Don't bring them closer to Mineta's level," Sero said to him, and Kaminari nodded his head as he understood.

One day, Izuku had a major accident in one of the inventories. He went searching for his boss, but she was nowhere to be found. He did what he was not supposed to do, he went out to where the customers were as he was stunned by men drinking alcohol, women wearing slightly revealing clothing, and another woman on stage wearing only her underwear. Izuku was a blushing mess until he heard the announcer.

"NOW WELCOME BACK EVERYONE'S FAVORITE. ASAMI." which shocked Izuku that she was on stage, wearing her usual business suit, but she slowly took it off as she played around with the pole, riling the men up. Izuku was beet red as he ran back inside, too confused about what was going on.

"Wh-What is this place?" Izuku questioned as he was beet red himself.

"I-I didn't think it was that bad," Momo said as she had an idea what the place was after Jirou told her.

"Why were they wearing so little clothing?" Nejire questioned as her expression remained unfazed but others could tell a subtle red was on her cheeks.

"This my fair ladies is a strip club. A utopia for all men." Mineta preached.

"There are male ones too you know," Nemuri interjected, which sparked a realization of what this may bring up.

Hours passed by before Asami went looking for him. "What are you doing in the corner?" she questions.

"I-I sa-saw a-a lot of wo-women i-in re-revealing clo-clothing. Yo-You we-were th-there too" he said as he stuttered through his words.

Asami sighed as she knew what he was talking about. "You went outside didn't you?" which he nodded. "Listen, this place is meant for adult entertainment. There was a reason why I had you working behind the scenes." but he was still shaking, "Now that you know, might as well introduce you to your coworkers." as she grabbed him by the hand and dragged him to the changing room.

She peeked through the door to see if everyone was decent enough. "Ladies, there is someone I want to introduce you to." she opened the door wide open to reveal Izuku.

Many girls awwed at the adorable Izuku as they all went after him to hug him.

"WHY HIM?!" Mineta cried tears of blood as he was jealous of him.
