the two jumped at the sudden hostile voice, apollo backed up and made sure trucy was behind him so she wouldn't get hurt

'...Or to blame, I guess'

trucy mumbled as she hid beind apollo, wocky glared as he growled at him

'You give my Alita back! Stupid pointy-head attorney with a death-wish!'

just then another voice came into the play

'Enough, Wocky!'

Apollo looked up at the man before him and started to tremble a little

'Ah! Mr. Kitaki...'

Big Wins have him a little nod, then turned back to his son

'...It's high time you opened your eyes, Wocky'

'What do you know, old man! I think it's 'bout time you opened yours! Givin' up the life, tryin' to become some kinda businessman!'

'Don't talk about what you don't understand, Wocky!'

he said back

'...I'm afraid the guard is going to throw them both out'

trucy mumbled, apollo shrugged

'...If not in jail. Wouldn't that be a happy ending'

'Hey, maybe we can help them out! We know why Mr. Kitaki needs to make so much money... Maybe we should tell Wocky. Oh, Wocky? Apollo has something to tell you!'

she said, un-hiding from his back, apollo jumped in his spot

'Huh? I do?'

"Way to put me on the spot..."

Wocky narrowed his eyes at him

'Eh? Whazzat?'

'Show him the reason why, Apollo!'

apollo shot her a look

"Why is Mr. Kitaki trying to become a business man...?"

it took awhile, ...but it hit him, ..plum said something about clean money, ..and how he cared about his son and giving up crime life, ...and that apron, ...it all made sense, the took out the medical papers and handed it to them

'...I searched the globe. And I found one. A doctor who can take that bullet out of you, Wocky. But it's an expensive procedure'

wocky eyes widen

'M-Man! B-But you got plenty of money already, don't you?'

he shook his head

'I won't use it, It was the gangster life that did this to you, Wocky. ...I want to help you, and I want to do it clean'

just then, ..he opened up his eyes, ..revealing his pupils for the first time ever

'Please understand. Wocky...'

wocky just stared at him as he felt his eyes sting

D-Dad... M-Man, I see how it is, old man! Always you looking out for... out for...

'Wocky...?'

trucy asked gently as she tried to put a hand on his shoulder, he shrugged it away, despite his angry face, they all could see he was trying to hold back tears

'Listen good, old man! One day... One day... I'm gonna take you out! Then we'll see who's the O.G.! You try to hide in your business suit, I'll find you! Stupid ol' geezer!'

then he stormed off, running out of the court house, trucy frowned as she tried to call after him

'My! Wocky!'

big wigs shook his head

'...No, it's as it should be'

apollo didn't know why he was scarier with the puppy dog eyes, or maybe that was just his anxiety.., he flinched when big wigs put a hand on his shoulders

'I'm glad... to have met you. I'm not so good with words... But I know a professional job when I see one. Thank you'

Apollo blushed a tint red at the praise, not sure on how to handle compliments, ...he wondered how his boss handled compliments, ..maybe way more better then him

'Who? Me? I don't think...'

'Someday... I'll bake you one of our latest... The Kitaki Lime Pie'

"...He's opening a pie shop!?"

'...So long'

apollo nodded a polite good-bye as he watched him walk off, trucy then tugged at his rolled up sleeves

'Well, let's head back, Apollo! To the Wright And Co Law Offiec's!, lawyer and magician duo'

'Hey, since when do I work with you?!'

she pouted playfully

'Aw, we make a good team! Don't just stand there, let's get going!'

apollo looked down at her in deep thought, she did help him out alot, ..that and he grown rather fond of trucy, ..it was like having a little sister around, ..it was fun, that and he didn't want to get on her bad-side, he's seen how scary she can be, and don't even get him started on her father

'Oh, that's right! We have to go someplace first!'

'Huh? Where?'

'Why, to claim our reward from Mr. Eldoon!'

Apollo nodded, now remembering

'...Ah, salty noodles. Right. He got his stand back already?'

'Oh, and after that, you can come to see my show! With a special appearance by the Amazing Mr. Hat!'

she grinned as she brought him out

'Oh, it's special alright!'

apollo sighed

'Please... anything but him'

'heh, nice trick magician, you never disappoint

apollo eyes widen as he snapped his head around, their stood before them was mr wright. apollo straight up his posture at once, wanting to look professional

'M-Mr Wright!, sir!'

phoenix grimaced at him

'nice work apollo, and you two magician, you both should be proud of yourselves

apollo shyly looked down at his shoes as an attempt to hide his blushing, trucy beamed as she smiled

'thanks daddy!'

apollo then felt something in his hands, ..35 dollars?

'w-why did you give me money sir?'

he shrugged

'i owe eldoon for the free noodles he gives, that and it's back up money, in case you want anything else to guy afterward, consider it a bonus to your paycheck, which is gonna be triple the amount because of all the work you had to do'

if apollo didn't admire his boss before, he sure did now, ...apollo was sure he had the coolest boss of all time

'..u-um, ..thank you mr wright'

'don't mention it really'

he patted trucy's head, patted apollo's shoulder, and waved

'i'm heading back to my hospital room, you guys enjoy your day'

apollo felt his stomach do a whole cart-wheel, ..he may or may not have a celebrity crush on him, ever since high school he looked up to mr wright, he admired his bravery, before he was so nervous of him, and he still was, he was terrifying, but also really cool, ..and if he was being honest, ...really handsome, he was cut out of his thoughts when trucy smiled and tugged at his sleeve 

'come on apollo!, let's go enjoy some awesome noodles!'

he grinned and nodded
