"Where the hell is she?!"

We landed a few hours ago. During the flight Giovanni tried to convince me to not kill Amelia but I disagree. Whoever betrays me should be killed and I will stand by that till the day I die.

I push open the door and as soon as Giovanni and his men step in, everyone in the weapons room pulls out their guns pointing it towards Giovanni.

The room went silent but you could hear the whispers. "Stand down." I shouted. They all looked confused and hesitated. "I said, stand down." I repeated slowly.

They all lowered their weapons, I turned to Giovanni. "I told you to stay in the car." I whispered. He leaned in and everyone's guns cocked. "I don't take orders from anyone, Gabriella." He said with his deep voice. Clenching my fist I took a deep breath and turned around, immediately everyone lowered their weapons' again.

Working with Giovanni will be difficult.

"Amelia Sanders! Where is she?"

Everyone turned their heads to the back and Amelia was hiding in the crowd like a coward. I smiled when she noticed me.

"Amelia, how are you?"

I slowly approached her as Giovanni followed behind. Everyone looked confused and I wouldn't blame them.

I stopped in my tracks and licked my bottom lip. "Can we talk..."

"Privately." It came out more of a demand than a question, she smiled. "Si boss."

Amelia walked past me and I could tell she was watching me from the corner of her eye. I turned on my heel then Giovanni and I began to follow her out of the weapons room.

"Back to work!" I yelled as I walked out.

We all continued to walk down the hall when we turned the corner Giovanni pulled out his gun and knocked Amelia out, her body stumbled on the floor. I turned to Giovanni, raising a brow. "Seriously?"

He unbuttoned three of his buttons, then rolled up both his sleeves. Exposing his inked-toned skin. Giovanni rolled his eyes before placing his gun behind him and continued to walk.

Enzo picked Amelia from the ground then followed Giovanni. I turned to Oscar who looked confused but brushed it off and followed the rest.

I stood there for a second shaking my head side to side. I mentally rolled my eyes and proceeded to walk.

"This is stupid," Giovanni uttered. I rolled my eyes and gently bit my thumb as I waited for Amelia to wake up.

"Gabriella." He called out with his deep voice.

It was only me and Giovanni in the cell.

It's dark but you could see the light bulb that's hanging in the middle of the room is dull so we can't see that much.

It smelled like old blood because there is dry blood splattered on the walls and concrete floor. The constant dripping from the tap made me go impatient.

Amelia's skin is pale and there's a purple bruise on her forehead from Giovanni knocking her out earlier.

It's been twenty minutes and she still hasn't awakened.

"If she doesn't wake up after five minutes I'll shoot her," I declared openly to Giovanni.

He scoffed.

"After we kill her what's next?" He asked. I pressed my lips together and turned to him.

For some reason, my gaze instantly shifted to Giovanni's soft lips. I bit my lip dozing off to the times his lips were on mine.

He cleared his throat and I immediately came back to reality.

"We Uhm..." I mumbled.

"We kill Antonio and take over his gang."

"We can't just-" Giovanni was cut off by someone groaning.

We both turned to Amelia who was gaining back conscience.

I pull out my a4 magnum gun and hand it to Giovanni.

"Amelia," I called out, making sure she could hear me. She groans and begins to blink rapidly.

I take a few steps forward and slowly bend so that I'm on her level.

Her body is wrapped with chains against the wooden chair so that she can't do anything dumb.

I place both of my hands on each side of her face to stop her from moving.

Her pupil began to dilate. "Let's give her a minute." I proclaimed.

I let go of her face then brought myself up. "Let me do the talking." He said.

I rolled my eyes and took out six bullets from my jacket. I began to play with them as I stared at Giovanni for a couple of seconds.

"No." I said. "We'll both do the talking."

"
