It's been a few weeks since my new premonition, I decided to keep it between Fred and I. He tried getting me to tell Dumbledore again, but he's been busy preparing for the final challenge, and I don't want to bother him with my issues.
We were eating lunch with our group, when loads of owls came flying in
"What's all this mail for?" Harry asked grabbing the letters "Electra and Hermione? You have fans or something?"
I grabbed my pile and looked at Hermione
"This is weird..." I opened my first one
How dare you play with Victor's heart ?! You slut
"How pleasant" Fred said looking at my letter
I watched Hermione open some too, the same messages were written to her
I opened another, but when I did some form of liquid poured out onto my hands
"What the hell...?" I said after getting it all over my hands and then my legs from it spilling over
"Electra!! Shit Fred!!" George yelled across the table to get Fred's attention from Lee, when he looked to his brother he saw what liquid had poured out of the letter
"Electra fuck !!" Fred grabbed a towel and started patting the liquid off my hands and legs
"What's wrong?" Right as I asked, my hands and legs started to get painful boils all over them
"It's Bubotuber puss...it creates painful blisters when used raw someone sent this to you?!" Fred was panicking trying to get it off my body
George did the same thing to Hermione, she got one too and opened hers a couple minutes after mine. She didn't get as many blisters as I did
"You two should go to the hospital wing" Ron said using a towel to pick it up off the table before anyone else touched it
"I'll bring you girls" Fred said helping me up, then Hermione. We couldn't touch anything with risk of spreading it onto other surfaces and then people
"Why would someone send us that..." I asked trying to keep my eyes from watering from the pain the blisters were causing
"Because of that stupid Rita!! She set us up for this, she's going to pay" Hermione said holding onto her arms where the blisters affected her the most
Fred walked us both to the hospital wing, and Madame Pomfrey gave us potion to help heal
"This has to be under your wrapping to heal correctly" she instructed us on what to do for the rest of the day "every hour you need to change the gauzes"
"Thank you Madame" I said
Fred helped me wrap my arms hand and legs up while Madame Pomfrey tended to Hermione
"I'm sorry Love I wish I had seen it sooner..." Fred said not making eye contact for once "I'm supposed to be watching over you, and I missed something so small like this"
"Freddie, no one expecting the mail to be filled with painful puss" I used my wrapped hand to pull his face up "it's ok I'll be fine"
"But what if I've been missing the Death Eater this whole time..."
"Then we both have, I'm fine everything is fine" I kissed his forehead "I love you"
"I love you more" he said finally making eye contact with me "but maybe next time let me open the letters" he looked at Hermione "you too Granger, I wouldn't open those anymore"
