Lightning *Fred Weasley love*

  It's finally time to go back to Hogwarts
I got up early, and went for my last Burrow run until next year. Mrs.Weasley informed us that we won't be coming home for Christmas, except for Ginny she might be. We questioned it but she refused to tell us why
  Sun rises at the burrow are different, they're mesmerizing. The sun comes above the field, and it's truly peaceful. When I move in with my dad, I don't know where I will be running so every time I'm here now I cherish it
  I've been able to run faster now that I have been running for a year, I can finish my 5 miles in 28 minutes now. I've cut two minutes off my time, which might not seem like a lot but last year I averaged 30-35 minutes.

  I finished running, and decided to turn into my fox form and run around again. I love being able to transform, it gives me a sense of freedom that I will be lacking now
Only my inner circle and a select few Professors know that I am an Animagus, it gives me a security blanket. I can be hidden, and whoever sent me that letter will have no idea that I'm a fox too. I can hide from them this way

  I spent time chasing butterflies and fairies in the garden, rolling around in the field and making friends with the surrounding animals in the woods
  I am so happy when I'm an animal

Fred's POV

I woke up, without Electra next to me. I know she was here last night, but she must have gotten up early to run

I got changed out of my sleep trunks, and put on a warm weather outfit.

  I went down the stairs, and looked at the clock
     7:45
She would be back by now, typically. I wonder what's she up too...

I went down the stairs and into the kitchen, thinking she was hanging out with mum

  I looked around and didn't see her anywhere, not the kitchen nor the living room. I was about to open the back door when my mum caught my attention

  "If you're looking for Electra dear, she's been playing around in the garden all morning. She came back from her run and then turned into a fox then scurried off. She looked happy, so I didn't bother her" my mum looked out the window "Look there she is sniffing the flowers, she's real cute this way"

  I looked out the window, and watch her be at peace. She really is incredibly cute as an Animagus

  I sat next to mum and let her pour me a cup of tea
  "Are you still worried for her this year?" She asked

  "Yes, but I'm trying not let her see me worried anymore. I want to be strong for her, and protect her. Whoever sent that letter, isn't going to get near her"

  "Be careful please"

  "I will...I think I'm going to take my tea outside and see her"

  I left to go to the garden, where Electra was now playing with the garden gnomes. She was grabbing them and chasing after them to get them to leave.
I love her so much.
I sat down at the garden bench and sipped my tea
  "Good morning Vulpes"

  I must of spooked her, because she jumped a little and stared at me
Then she came running over and jumped on my lap and curled up
  "You're so cute" I said petting her
She looked up to me and licked my face then jumped on my shoulders and started to sleep
  I stared off at the sky, it's a beautiful day to be out here.
I kept petting Electra, as she slept on my shoulders.
I could hear soft purring coming from her, maybe if something went wrong at the school and whoever sent that letter showed up, she could hide away as a fox and let me deal with whoever it is. If I can help it, I won't let her even see him.
