The beginning

Spencer's POV:

I rolled over to pull Toby's gift out of the drawer and put it behind my back so when he woke up I could give it to him.

I planted a light kiss on his lips to wake him up.

"Hmmm...morning."he said in his sexy morning voice.

"Happy 2 year anniversary to you too."

He rolled over on his side and smiled.

"Your hair is like spiked up everywhere." I laughed.

"Hey, that's your fault saying that you could style it then saying screw it, screw me."

"Toby!"

"What!"

"Your not getting your present for saying something like that no way."

He positioned himself above me.

"Are you sure about that?"

"No.."

His smirk was making me melt inside.

"Okay, okay, get off of me and I'll give it to you."

He climbed off.

"Alright now, you have to say the magic words."

"The magic words?"

"Yea."

"I've heard if the magic word. Not the magic words."

"What do couples tell each all the time?"

"Oh oh I got it now."

"Okay say it."

"I love you Spency."

"I love you too baby, here."

"Open it."

He stared at me for a minute.

"Go on open it."

He opened it "Spence,"

I had got him a gold chain necklace for a present. Not like what your thinking though.

It was really thin that it would curl up into a tiny ball in the palm of your hand.

"It's for good luck."

He smiled and lifted it above his head and let it fall down onto his chest.

"What do you think?"

"It looks better than I thought it would."

"Well I'm glad, and I'll never take it off." He said and kissed the top if my nose.

"I would give you your gift right now but I can't." He said.

"What, why not?" I asked climbing on top of him.

"Because."

"Because why?"

"You'll get it later, you just have to be patient." He smirked.

"Your so cruel Toby Cavanaugh."

"Bull Crap." He said.

"What time is it?" I asked.

"10:30 why?"

"Crap I have to meet Hanna at the brew at 11."

"You scheduled a play date with one of the girls on our anniversary?"

"I should slap you right now but I don't feel like it, so you got lucky Mr."

"Okay is it just me or do I feel happier today?"

I breathed in " no its not just you." I giggled.

"Do you think Hanna would mind if you were a little late?" He asked.

"I don't think she'd mind at all."

At the brew:

"I figured you might be a little late." Hanna said handing me my coffee.

"Shut up."

"What I would have been twice as late."

I laughed "I'm sure."

"So what did he think of the necklace."

"I think he liked it, he said he'd never take it off that's a good sign right?"

"Spence, 2 years, as in you guys have been together 2 years and haven't broke up yet."

"I'm so thankful for that."

"True love honey just can't kill it."

"You've been reading to many murder novels."

"Maybe, and that is true." She said taking a sip if her skinny vanilla latte.

"I love him so much." I said smiling.

"We know Spence we know."
