Firstly sorry for the late update , my ,life has been pretty hectic at the moment and pretty shitty 

*Time Jump 1 week before the Scibbles Wedding*

Alicia's POV

I walked into work that morning ecstatic with joy as i remembered the look on Ethan's face yesterday at my 5 month scan , i was exhausted what with the twins and wedding plans but it was worth it . I rubbed my ever-growing belly "Your going to  be so loved when you arrive , i love you  but let's hope you stay in mummy's tummy for longer than your sisters eh" 

"Talking to yourself again Ice princess , first sign of madness" A voice with an Irish lilt spoke from behind me (Connie is the ice queen , Alicia is Connie's daughter hence ice princess)

"Bea" I exclaimed as my best friend appeared from behind me 

"Hey to you to , how was dress shopping with your mam " She giggled linking arms with me

"It was ... "  just as i spoke i was interrupted by Elle shouting for help  " Dr Munroe , Dr Kinsella could we have some help in here please , 34- year old female hit head on in a high speed RTC with a suspected compromised dislocation of the tib fib and head injury "

I walked into Resus with Bea but stopped just i got to the doors i couldn't quite catch my breath , my head was spinning and my chest was tight but i passed it off as a panic attack due to the last time i had been in Resus was when i was so ill at new year apparently i had been so out of it they didn't think i'd make it . 

I grabbed my stethoscope and checked the patient over and Bea arranged for them to go off to X-ray  , the room suddenly started spinning and  Elle told me to go home but her voice seemed to ring in my ears then i was sick all over my scrubs and then i collapsed with Bea catching me but hitting my head as i landed ,  and then everything went black.... 

Elle's POV

"Dr Munroe, Dr Kinsella could we have some help in here please , 34-year old female with suspected compromised dislocation of the tib fib and head injury "

Alicia and Bea walked into Resus and Bea walked slightly ahead of Alicia as Alicia was 5 months pregnant so it was taking it's toll on her with it being her first normal pregnancy but she just didn't look right but i brushed it off and carried on reeling off information until she tripped slightly steadying herself on the bed "Alicia you really don't look well go home , i really can't have you drifting today so please go home " i commanded the girl who then took a few unsteady steps before throwing up and collapsing 

"Right okay , Max can we have that trolley in here please Bea put her in the recovery position and then on my count lift her onto the trolley keeping her in the recovery position please then can we intubate her and get an ultrasound to check on the baby" i yelled trying to keep calm as i watched the daughter of my best friend being lifted onto a trolley looking so out of it as Bea intubated her swiftly , 

Duffy walked in to see what all the commotion was and stood there gobsmacked she quickly handed me Robyn and glen's daughter Charlotte and ordered me to go and fetch Connie who was in her office with Charlie , i knocked on the door balancing Charlotte on my hip "Come in " Connie's voice echoed through my mind as i entered the office 

"Well don't just stand there gawping like a fish what do you want if it's Robyn wanting me to mind Charlotte tell her to find a decent babysitter that can't compromise her working hours" Connie stalked over to me expecting me to hand over charlotte

"No Connie it's not that , it's Alicia she erm well she fainted in Resus and she hasn't woken up but that might be due to the concussion " i whispered my voice barely audible
