Hello baby brother

Harrison had almost forgotten what had happened last night and thought it had been a dream until he heard the little cries next to him he turned around slowly to see his wife feed there new born son and smiled. But soon somebody else called for him he got up and quickly went to Henry's room.

" hey there bud sleep well " he said picking his son up and kissing him on the cheek  henry giggled and hugged his father " we go mommy "

" yeah we are and we have a little surprise "

" supwise fow henwy "

" well not only for you " he said walking out of the bedroom and in to his.
When they walked into the room henry frowned and had a confused face to why there was someone in his mothers arms
Harrison dropped him on the bed and he crawled slowly towards his mother.

His jaw dropped and he looked in his mothers eyes " baby " he asked not really sure what to do, his little hand wanted to touch the baby but he didn't know if he could
" yes henry your little baby brother " carrie said putting her hand on henry's cheek.
Henry held out his hand and softly caressed his baby brothers forehead the baby flinched to the contact but relaxed and made a little smile.

" my baby " he asked still caressing the soft forehead

" your brother "

" my bwo " he said leaning closer and giving his little brother a slimy kiss between the nose and forehead he quickly looked back at his father and smiled then turned his attention back to the baby.

The whole day carrie had stayed in bed with both her sons henry just wouldn't leave her side he had even introduced his toys to his brother. Carrie sigh and looked up seeing Harrison at the door just looking at them " a penny for your thoughts soldier "

" what ? "

" What are you thinking about "

" we don't have a name so that's what im thinking about, you know something that fits with Ford. "

" well I've been thinking but the names were all bad "

" which ones "

He walked slowly to the bed and lay down crossing his legs while taking one of Henry's toys.

" there was Steve, Ethan,James, Jerry, Roy "

" wait stop, stop....James.... James Ford it fits right "

" it does but i also liked David and Jesse "

" Henry what do you think, what name should we give your little brother cause he can't stay without a name and me and mommy need your help "

" name fo baby............. BUNNY ! "

" yeah no sweetie we can't call him that " Carrie said both parents laughing a little

" then like mommy "

" well mommy has a girls name and your brother is a little boy so we need a boy's name "

" i not know daddy "

" that's ok sweetie now I have to make sure mommy likes the name i like "

" i do like it, James is a beautiful name but we need two names you know a middle one like henry has "

" then we can do James David Ford "

" that is a great name i love it " she said looking down on her sleeping baby whispering his new name to him as he opened his dark little eyes.

" mommy was my name "

" your name is Henry but your full name is Henry Charles Ford "

" why char "

" for my grandpa but you never met him but i loved him allot we did everything together "

Henry nodded his head and looked back at his brother who was looking up " can i hold baby " henry asked Carrie looked at Harrison who only raised his shoulders

" you can but you have to be really careful and gentle ok honey " she said as henry nodded again with a smile, she told him how to sit on the bed with his back against the wall Harrison put pillows on each side of him to rest his arm on it, when that was done Carrie handed James carefully to Henry.

Carrie smiled seeing henry talk to james and kissing him every chance he got, she quickly whipped the little tear from her cheek when she Harrison wrapped his arms around her " thank you " he said softly in hear

" what for "  she asked turning around and getting a kiss on the lips

" everything " he said kissing her again

" i love you "

" i love the three of you "

While the day passed by quickly and Carrie took a nap, Harrison was taking care of his son's it still felt weird to him feeding one son in his arms and watching the other one eating dinner he looked down at James who was trying his best to keep his bottle in his mouth
" it gets easier " Harrison said putting it back in his mouth

" daddy "

" yes henry " he said looking up and seeing Henry not on his chair but next to him

" can play with jame "

" well he's a little small now he can't play with you right now "

" why "

" he's just a baby he's to small to play for now but soon he will be able "

" when "

" you have to wait a little "

Henry raised his arms up wanting to sit on his fathers lap and look at his brother who was fully awake now. " why cry daddy "

" I'm not crying I'm happy "

" you happy so you cry "

" yeah it happens sometimes "

" but, but i no cry cause i big boy "

" yeah very big boy "

" so i help jame "

" you're his big brother so you will always have to be there for him and protect him "

" yeah, i ove jame "

" i know you do and he loves you too "

Henry didn't say anything and rest his head on his fathers chest taking hold of his little brothers hand, if it was the last moment of his life Harrison would be just fine dying like this not that he wants that but sitting there with both his son's in his arms made him feel proud and happy nothing could beat the emotions going through him now
