***Ok so since some of you may be confused by Kiyomie having the ten tails let me explain.***
In my story when the sage of sixth paths made the Tallied beast. He made a ruler of them sort of like the ten tails inside of Ki can control all the tailed beast ,because the ten tails is like tallied beast mother, but not ok also the ten tails also allows her jinchuriki to read minds and if trained high enough can control peoples thought also the 10 tails can take on human form when permission form her junchuriki .Below is the Ten tails info like Kiyomie's
