It was MCountdown day and Annie was finally going to perform their b-side "Ladida" for the first time - until now, she had just been sitting on a chair on the corner of the stage while the others danced.

Her wrist wasn't completely healed, but they only had two weeks left to promote, she didn't want to waste them.

"Can I say hi to the boys?"

  Annie asked her manager.

Although her and Jisung talked about how great it was to promote together, the two had barely talked. They only had time to say "hi", "good luck", "great performance" and "congrats on your win".

"Yeah, should I go with you?"

Yujin scanned the table, looking for her purse.

"It's okay, Yujin, I can go on my own."

"Alright. Take care."

Honestly, if it was any of the other girls, Yujin would've followed them, but it was Annie, that wasn't necessary.

Besides being a trainee for years, Annie was like Yujin's little sister, she really trusted her and just wanted to see her happy.

"Hello bitc- oh, hello..."

Annie bursted the door open after knocking, as Han had assured her he'd be the only one there.

Such statement was proven wrong as her eyes meet with Lee Know's.

"...hey? May I help you?"

"Ah...do you know where Jisung is?"

The girl subtly looked around - he didn't seem to be hiding anywhere.

"He left to take some pictures, do you need anything?"

"Not really! Just wanted to say hi!"

She forced a laugh, which of course he noticed.

"Are you still awkward with me? I thought we had agreed on treating each other normally."

He lifted the corner of his lip, clearly making fun of her.

"I'm- you think it's easy!? I was a dumbass, how can I act like nothing happened!?"

Lee Know kept silent, not really expecting such a change in her mood.

"Besides! You still hate me!"

This time, he tilted his head.

Hadn't he made it clear how much he liked her? - As a junior, of course.

"What makes you think so?"

Annie breathed in and moved her eyes, reminiscing all of their time together.

He doesn't hate me..?

  She pursed her lips, embarrassed.

The guy in front of her laughed.

"I don't have a reason to hate you. So, can we become friends now?"

He extended his hand, which she grabbed slowly.

"Yeah."

Before an awkward silence could form, Annie spoke again.

"Can we still pretend we hate each other in front of the others though? It really hurts my pride to explain that all these years we fought because I was dumb and naive."

She forced a smile and he laughed loudly.

"Sure thing."

The girl sat down in front of his chair - it'd be weird to leave now as they had agreed on being friends.

"I heard you're performing today, how's your wrist?"

Annie lifted her arm, turning her wrist to the left, then to the right.

"Not bad?"

"It's gonna become something worse if you don't be careful."

He pulled his chair closer to hers, startling the girl.

"Excuse me."

Lee Know kindly took her glove out and started massaging her wrist.

Since he had been dancing for a while, Minho was used to getting hurt and, therefore, finding ways to make the pain go away easily. He was basically a pro massagist by now.

"You should do this at least once a day."

"I don't know if you noticed, but I only have two hands..."

She joked, noticing how he was using both thumbs in the massage.

Lee Know looked up, mentally smacking her for such comment.

"Ask one of your members."

"Ha, they're all busy, I doubt they'll do that."

  Annie chuckled.

"Come to me, then."

The girl shot her eyes up.

  What is this?

What is this sudden change of speed, heart?
