Meredith: We assume the really serious changes in our lives happen slowly...over time. But it's not true. The big stuff happens in an instant.

Mark: "I need something from you." he says, looking down at Lexie as she begins waking up

Lexie: "Mm." she hums, rolling over to press her lips against his

Mark: Well...that, too."

Lexie: "Yeah?"

Mark: "I need you to give Sloan an ultrasound today. It's been almost three weeks."

Lexie: "Can't someone from O.B. do it?" she breathes, rolling over to straddle him

Mark: "Well, yeah, but...she likes you. All the Sloans do." he smiles, chuckling as she leans down to continue kissing him

Sloan: "Hey, do we have any more-oh! Ew!" she groans, quickly turning back to walk out the room

Mark: "Whoa."

Lexie: "Sloan!" she groans as Mark tosses Lexie onto her side of the bed, quickly grabbing his pants as he heads out the room

Mark: "Whoa."

Meredith: Becoming an adult, becoming a parent, becoming a doctor...one minute you're not, and the next...

Mark: "Sloan."

Meredith: You are.

Mark: "Sorry about that."

Sloan: "Whatever. There's no more cereal."

Lexie: "Why are you sorry? She's the one who didn't knock before she came in."

Mark: "I'll get some cereal this afternoon. How about some juice? Uh, Lexie's gonna give you an ultrasound today. Why don't you pick up some breakfast at the hospital?"

Sloan: "It's gonna be more."

Mark: "You need some for lunch, too?"

Sloan: "Yeah, yeah." she nods as Mark hands her a couple more bucks

Lexie: "I'm gonna shower."

Sloan: "Oh, can you hold on a minute? I'm probably gonna have to hurl this." she says, making Lexie sigh

Cristina: "Sloan Sloan monopolizing your bathroom again?" she questions when Lexie comes into the apartment

Lexie: "Yeah. Yours?"

Cristina: "Owen's in mine." she mutters as she chews on her cereal, making Lexie sigh before heading to Callie's room

Entering the bathroom she quickly stops in her steps when seeing Callie and Arizona making out in the shower

Lexie: "Oh! Oh, God" she exclaims, walking back into the living room "They're in there."

Cristina: "Yeah, you should knock first."

Lexie: "I'm late. Okay? My hair is dirty. And he just gave her 80 bucks for a muffin and a sandwich."

Cristina: "That's quite a sandwich."

Lexie: "She's just gonna end up spending it on a pair of jeans that show off her butt crack, and then she's gonna ask me for half of my pasta salad." she rants as Cristina looks up at her with a blank look on her face
