My shoulder being shook, I slowly open my eyes to see Kakashi staring at me. "So.. what are you doing in Naruto's bed with him?" My eyes widening, I look to see myself hugging Naruto. Quickly removing my arms from him, I crawl away from the sleeping boy.
"I-it's a long story, but I don't remember falling asleep here! I swear it on my life!" I quickly stammer out as I wipe my eyes to see clearer. Looking at Kakashi's expression I see his fake smile look at me, awaiting my answer. "L-let's just calm down and talk about this like mature people... please?" Kakashi not waiting for my explanation, turns and leaves the room with his one crutch. Following after him, I close the small door and stand on my feet, chasing after Kakashi to his room, I slam the door behind me. Looking at Kakashi, I find him undoing his headband and placing it neatly on the floor. Walking over, I place my hands on his shoulders.
"Explain," Kakashi mumbled as he continued to undress himself and get ready for bed.
Sighing, I move in front of him and unzip his vest, "after I chased down Naruto to his room, he broke down so I talked to him. I hugged him and we talked, and talked, eventually he went and changed for bed, and I waited because he said he'd like to talk more and have some company. So I stayed with him, and I gave him a hug, and I think that's when I fell asleep. Then you showed up, and you know the rest from there." Sliding his vest off his shoulders, I take it in my hands and fold it neatly. My eyes lifting up to Kakashi's, I see him analyze every detail of my face. His features going from tense and destructive, finally relax.
"Your lucky I know you well enough to know when your lying or holding back from me." Kakashi mumbled as he placed his big hand on my head, and gave a little ruffle. Smiling and not being able to contain my happiness at his understanding nature, my arms ingulf him in a hug, tackling us both down to the floor. With a thud, my head lays on his chest and our legs entangle. "Wow there, calm down your going to kill me." Lifting my head, I move my arms, and quickly take my right hand, and pull down his mask, and give him a sweet kiss. Our lips moving together in sync, I move my left hand to Kakashi's hair as I let my fingers run through it. Pulling away I smile softly as I open my eyes and look down at him.
"Kakashi, there's no need to worry about me being with someone else. I like you and only you. You're the one for me," blood rushing to my cheeks, I see Kakashi smile brightly at me.
"Say it again."
My blush getting a even deeper red no doubt, I muster up my voice once more, "you're the one for me." My eyes flickering down to his lips, I look back into his eyes to see them content with our situation right now.
"(Y/n). You make me feel alive again, something I haven't felt for years." Kakashi mumbled as he also took a glance down at my lips, before pecking them. "You, are a beautiful, feisty, strong, independent, but your also a jealous, scary, and-"
"Nope, no. Go back to all the nice things you were saying about me. I like those," I muse as a giggle leaves my lips, as Kakashi's smirk plays on his features.
"I have one better."
"Mhm? What's that?" I ask as I move my thumb caressingly on Kakashi's velvety skin as I admire all of his features.
"You getting a tattoo right on your arm saying, 'property of Kakashi Hatake'. With big thick black ink, so no one can miss it. This way I know for sure all those men eyeing you will steer clear because your already taken." Not being able to contain my laughter, I let out a huge belly laugh, as I see the seriousness written on his face. Tucking my head in between his shoulder and neck, my hand drops from Kakashi's cheek. "What? You don't like that idea? I know, you probably want the 'copy ninja' instead."
"It's not that- haha, I don't it's just, oh my," still not being able to stop my laughs, I roll off Kakashi and lay next to him on the ground. "The look you had was so serious. It wasn't 'oh my the copy ninja', it was just so cute! Your like a little dog when they see a bone on a table ten times their height, and still they get all determined saying 'ima get it, ima get it, ima get it.'" Closing my eyes, I feel them crinkle at the edges, as I hold my stomach from the laughter. Feeling Kakashi's hands wrap on both sides of my hip, he pulls me towards him.
"You really are something," he mumbled as I felt his lips place butterfly kisses down my neck. My laughter slowly slowing down, I move my hands to Kakashi's head as I let fingers entangle in his smooth hair.
"I know, I'm pretty hot stuff," I mumble back light heartily as Kakashi's lips continue to move down my neck. Kakashi reaching up one of his hands unbuttons the top of my shirt, and reveals my collar bone.
"If anyone ever gets this far on you besides me, they'll know your mine," Kakashi mumbled, as his lips latched onto my collar bone. His teeth nibbling on skin, I feel electricity run through my body as he continues to leave his mark.
"K-Kakashi," I whisper out as I give little tugs on his locks of hair. With a popping noise, he removes his mouth from my skin.
"My girl," Kakashi whispered huskily as he moved his lips back to mine. Hearing three knocks on the door, me and Kakashi separate our lips.
"Hey Kakashi sensei, is (y/n) in there? She's suppose to heal me after dinner." Sasuke mumbled as he slowly slid the screen open. Panicking coursing through my body, I quickly button up my shirt and through Kakashi on the ground. Kakashi also moving, pulls up his mask, swiftly, I pull out my hands and immediately flow chakra through them. Sasuke walking in on us, looks at us both and sighs annoyingly before sitting down next to me. "Are you done with healing him yet? I have to sleep for tomorrow morning so I'm ready to bodyguard for Tazuna." Moving my hands from Kakashi, I look at Sasuke and give a little smile and nod.
"Of course, I just have to make sure Kakashi Sensei was all good to. Considering he was on crutches the entire time we've been here." Looking down at Kakashi, I shoot him a evil smile. "I guess that's just something that happens when you over do it. Right Sensei?"
A blush forming on his cheeks from embarrassment, he looks to Sasuke, "I'm all good. I'll be changing now, so if you don't mind- get out." His voice going from embarrassment to annoyance, he leans up, placing his upper body on his hands.
My eyebrows raising I widen my eyes and look at him, "you can change from the bottom down while I heal Sasuke. I still need to change those bandages on the top, I know you may not need it, but I think it's a good precaution." Turning my head towards Sasuke, I place my hand on his shoulder, "let's go sit outside and look at the water as I heal you. Hearing the waves and looking out should be a good meditation as I heal you." Sasuke nodding, stands up and offers me a hand down, taking it I pull myself to my feet.
"Let's go then," Sasuke mumbled as he lead the way to the door and walked out to the dock connected to Tazuna's house. Following his lead, I turn and give Kakashi a smile as I closed his door. Spinning back around, I move to the docking area were Sasuke sat, dangling his legs over the edge. Sitting down next to him, I pat his shoulder to grab his attention.
"It'll be easier if you take off your shirt, that way I can see if you have any cuts that I might not pick up on. I'm used to doing major things when it comes to healing, so I might just bypass the trivial. And I don't want to do that, so off with the shirt I say!" Lifting my hand up off his shoulder, I move both my hands in a upward motion to represent his shirt being off.
Sasuke sighing at my perkiness, lifts his right arm and pulls at the back off his shirt, taking it off completely. Smiling I move to sit behind him, looking down I find many small cuts around his body.
These scaring's most definitely have to be from his chakra points over exhausting themselves. He needs to take it easy, otherwise he could permanently damage them.
"Sasuke I know why you push yourself so hard. And don't say I don't, because I do.. but these wounds can become serious. I need you to promise me when you train, to be careful. Otherwise you can permanent damage your chakra points beyond repair. Understand?" I state as I move my hands to his right shoulder blade and heal him there as well. With 'tsk' sound being my only answer from him, I take it as a yes. Deciding to make a change of topic, I take a glance at the full moon. "Isn't the moon beautiful tonight? It looks like it's touching the water actually.. like I can reach out, and just grasp it in my hands."
"Yeah," Sasuke mumbled, as his head lifted to stare at the beautiful scene. "You were right." Humming in question, I move Sasuke's body to turn towards me.
"About what?" My hands moving to his chest, I heal the small internal slashes that will improve him for tomorrow's battle on the bridge.
"The view being relaxing."
"It's beautiful isn't it?"
"Yeah." Sasuke mumbled in answer, as I look up to see his onyx eyes looking back into mine. A blush tinting my face, I move my eyes to look at the ocean again.
"I'm done healing you, you should be all ready for tomorrow." Reaching over, I grab Sasuke's white t-shirt and hand it back to him. Our hands brushing against each other's, I look to see Sasuke's cheeks dusted with a blush.
"Thanks (y/n). Your a pretty good medical ninja. Can't imagine what your skills will be like by the time your seventeen." Slipping on his shirt, I look at him shocked at the compliment.
"T-thanks Sasuke," I whisper out as his eyes lock with mine and he gives a small nod. Giving into my joy of receiving a compliment from the emo child. I wrap my arms around him and give a bone breaking hug, "you actually like me duckbutt! Ah! I'm so happy!" Yelling happily, I fake cry, as I feel Sasuke stiffen at my touch.
"Alright! That's enough loser! Get off!" Sasuke yelled back, as his hands moved to my shoulders and tried prying me off him, as I clamped onto him more.
"No! Sasuke! Noo," fake crying, I let him pry me off as I sit and look at him. Smiling, I let out a laugh as I see his shocked state. "Ah duckbutt, you really are a good friend. You know that?"
"Yeah whatever. I'm going to bed. You coming?" Sasuke asked as he brushed off his pants and held out his hand for me once more.
Smiling I nod, "yeah," grabbing ahold of his hand, he helps me up once more. Releasing his hand, I also brush my self off. "I'll see you in the room. I have to go change those bandages for Kakashi sensei. Do mind pulling out my bed for me please? I'll buy you some dangos after this mission if you do." I plead as I look to see him roll his eyes at me.
"Whatever loser. Just go already."
Letting out a laugh, I smile as I place my hand on his hair and ruffle it. "Goodnight Sasuke!" Turning away from Sasuke, I walk back into the house, and back into Kakashi's room. "Alright! I gotta wrap you up!" Looking at Kakashi I see him knocked out in bed.
You've gotta be kidding me.
Sighing, I walk over to him, slowly sitting down next to him, I stretch out my hand and move his hair from his eye.
"You always have to keep me on my feet don'tcha?" Smiling softly, I lean forward and an place a soft kiss on his head. "I'll change those bandages in the morning. Goodnight Kakashi. Sweet dreams my love." Moving my hand from his hair, I stand up quietly. Looking down, I see his covers not pulled up, so I quickly pull them up and cover him. Glancing down once more, I start my way to leave the room.
Tomorrow sure is going to be a long day.
Opening the door as silently as possible, I step out and quietly close it again. Walking down the hall, I enter the teams room to find everyone sleeping, and my bed made for me. A chuckle escaping my lips, I look over at Sasuke.
Thanks Sasuke, I'll get you those Dangos for sure.
Walking to my backpack I grab my sleep clothes and head to the bathroom and change. Changing into Kakashi's shirt he gave me and some sweatpants of mine, I head back to the room and throw my self on the ground. Rolling around on the bed, I wiggle myself under the comforters.
Everything will be fine.
My conscious slipping away, everything goes black, as I finally fall asleep, awaiting the consequences of my presence in the show being proven tomorrow.
