*Val POV*
I was dragged through the hallways by the great skulduggery pleasant himself. "Where are you taking me?" I asked, confused. He sighed, fumbling with his tie with his free hand. "Don't worry, it will be fun!" He smiled, squeezing my hand. I gave him a slow nod, still confused. Suddenly he stops, turning and placing a blindfold over my eyes. "What?" I mumble, confused. He laughs, nervously. "Don't worry, I'll lead you there." He states, continuing his dragging. I hear him open the sanctuary doors, taking me outside. He softly helps me into the Bentley, tightening my seatbelt. He gives me a soft kiss on the lips, "Get some rest, it will be a long drive" he mumbles, getting in the drivers seat. I grin, nodding, still happy from the kiss.
"Val, wake up love!" Skul laughs, shaking me. I groan, pouting, but slowly sit up. " I can't see!!" I cry out, freaking out. Skul grips my hands, shaking from laughter. "You have a blindfold on!" He giggled. I paused, then grinned. "Oh, I knew that!" I say sarcastically. I hear him laugh louder, making me smile. "You know, I love your laugh...." I mumble, as he helps me out of the Bentley. "Well, you going to have to get used to it...". He trails off. I frown, confused.
We walk, chatting softly through the trail, to wherever the hell he's leading me. Soon enough he stops, letting go of my hand. "Skul!" I say, freaking out that he'd leave me here. He stroked my cheek. "Don't worry, you can take off your blindfold now" he smiles, grabbing my hands once more....
