Nathan's POV
BEEP! BEEP! CLICK

I threw the covers off of me and stretched.

KNOCK! KNOCK!

"Nathan—"

"I'm up, Mom" I groaned.

"Wow, you actually got up without me telling you. I'm impressed!" Mom yelled from outside my door. "ZANE, LUCAS, GET OUT OF THE DAMN BED ALREADY!!"

I went into my bathroom right after I heard quick footsteps running down the hall. After a few minutes, I get out and brush my teeth. I go to my closet and put on the same damn clothes that I always wear to school along with my black sneakers and hoodie.

I walk downstairs to see Jane sitting at the table while Zane and Lucas were waiting at the stairs with tired eyes. Nora also walked down the stairs.

"Mom, is there a overall reason as to why we're all here early?" I asked Mom.

"Yeah, we normally leave around eight fifteen but you got us here by eight ten" Nora added.

"Well since I now know about your new circle of friends, I decided to drop you and your friends to school for that new motherly feeling" Mom said.

"Mom, that's not necessary" I said.

"Oh sweetheart, it's always gonna be necessary until I see you and your friends walk off that stage with your diplomas and a captain gown" Mom responded.

"I don't think you can necessarily call them our fri—"

"Well, let's leave before you're late" Mom cut me off as we got out the door.

We got into the van and drove off.

"Jane, call your friends to see where they are" Mom said.

"I already did and Sofia said that she caught up with Xena and Emma. So they should be by Isaac's house" Jane replied.

With that, Mom drove to Isaac's house. Sure enough, they were walking towards the bus stop. Mom pulled over and opened the door for them.

"Good morning Miss Lillian" They greeted.

"Good morning. Now get in before you're late" Mom said.

"As much as I like the offer, what's the occasion?" Sofia asked.

"Oh nothing. I just wanted to drop you guys off" Mom replied. "Which reminds me, Sin take out my camera."

"So that's what it was" Jane said, catching on to what Mom was trying to do.

"Huh? Was what?" Xena asked.

"Miss Lillian was trying to get us in the van to take pictures of our ride to school for her photo album" she answered.

"Oh, who really cares? Pecado, take the picture" Mom said.

"Mom, I don't think—" I started.

"Take. The picture" Mom glared.

I gulped and opened Mom's phone. I clicked on the camera icon and raised it just high enough to get everyone in the picture.

"Alright, say deuces" Mom told us.

"DEUCES" We all said as three pictures were taken.

"We could probably use one of these for the presentation" Jane said.

After we took those pictures, we arrived at Nora and Sophie's school. Nora and Sophie got their bags and walked out of the van.

"Have a good day Nora. You too, Sophie" Mom said.
