I've decided to make a log for every time i have a panic attack while making side notes.

I'll write the times for when I have a panic attack starting from this morning.

I've started to have dumb thoughts again.. why don't they seem like bad options though?

I'm eating less but that's normal for me when i'm panicked.

Watching Disney movies that I borrowed from Princeys room- kind of helps? Not much though.

The thoughts are getting stronger. I'm trying to push them away.

Overthinking stuff will be the death of me.

Is Princey okay?
