So, over these 4 days not much has happened- apart from Princey being extremely nice to me, well.. as nice as he can get anyways. It's like that time of him being an ass to be just disappeared!
Anyway, I haven't had as many panic attacks as usual which is nice, i've only had 2 over these four days. Dr Picani was right, writing down shit actually helps. Of course, those weren't his exact words... but still.
Things feel good for once.., I feel good.
