How can you say
"Everything will be fine"
When everything is falling apart?
There is so much that's gone wrong
And so much more that might.
It hasn't even been that long
But everything around us is getting destroyed.
No one cares anymore.
No one has cared for a long, long time.
And yet,
People wonder why everything has fallen apart
And why the angels have abandoned us.
In reality,
It is our own fault
That we were abandoned.
We did not care
When we should have cared more than anything else.
Anne Frank once said, "I've reached the point where I hardly care whether I live or die. The world will keep on turning without me, and I can't do anything to change events anyway."
