Transformed

I thought I could be happy with you in my life.

I guess that was just another idiotic ideation that I wanted to come true,

Something that shattered when I was in too deep.

After everything that's happened, though,

I've transformed.

I'm stronger,

Braver,

My heart more calloused.

All because of you.

So thanks for making me stronger.

Through all the fire and the flames,

Through all the pain, anger, and sadness I went through because of you,

I survived.

I survived and I am stronger because of it.

So thank you for that.
