Light

I don't know where to go.

I've lost my way

In the darkness that welcomed me with open arms

I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel.

At least, not anymore.

I can barely remember what the end of the tunnel looked like.

Just that I wanted to get there.

I have to get out of here.

I need the light.

I don't know how to fight my way out of the darkness.

It's paralyzing knowing I have to leave a friend

To get to an unknown.

Carl Jung once said, "As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle a light in the darkness of mere being."
