How can you say
That people that just want to have
The same basic human rights as you
Are monsters worse than Lucifer himself?
I will never be able to understand that.
And yet
That is all people see when someone is different.
They don't understand
That not everyone fits into
The narrow little world they've created in their heads.
People are different.
Not everyone will fall into
A category everyone finds acceptable.
It's impossible.
So explain to me why
Whenever someone is even just the slightest bit different
They are shunned.
I don't understand it.
