Who are they to say
That they know what is best
When all that they know
Has been outdated for centuries?
How is it that the people who are trying to have a future to look forward to
Are the ones that are looked down upon by those in power?
We are rising up to use our constitutional rights
Given to all people by this country's Founding Fathers
To overthrow an unjust government
That will never change to help the future of their home,
To help save the Kings and Queens that will rule in their stead
And make sure they have a world to live in,
And a future to look forward to.
Instead,
All we have to look forward to
Is our own inevitable demise at the hands of previous generations.
I, for one, am absolutely disgusted
With how little the people that can change things
Actually want things to change.
There are millions that would benefit
From just a few changes
That the few in power don't seem to care about.
It makes me furious how little they seem to care.
The richest one percent
Are the ones with the most pull in government.
And yet,
It seems like they will never help the people that made them rise up to the top.
