I don't believe in fairy tales,
But I do believe in love.
I hated that I actually believed in you and me.
It was stupid when I wear my emotions on my sleeve.
I wish what we had was like the fairy tales,
But it wasn't,
And that broke something inside me.
Now,
I don't really care what you think.
I don't really want you in my life.
Not anymore, anyway.
You hurt me more than any other,
And you still seem to think
I wouldn't ever care after everything I've told you.
I don't understand how you could think that.
I care too much and have been hurt so much.
I don't know why,
But that's just how it is.
