They said I'd be fine.
That I didn't have to worry about a thing.
I didn't believe them.
I thought,
"Why bother?"
"They all only talked to me when they needed something."
"Why not see how long they'll try?"
We were never really meant to stay together.
We didn't stay in contact much either.
When I got hurt,
Only one stayed.
All the others left me to bleed.
The wolves would've gotten to me if it weren't for her.
After all,
Everyone has someone to lean on.
They need one,
Right?
