I don't know who to trust,
You or my demons.
I can't choose.
If I could,
I would trust both you and my demons,
But I can't.
I'm done being hurt.
I need to take care of myself for once.
So please,
Leave me.
You don't have to trust me,
Just leave me.
I don't want to lose you,
But I have to if I want to look after me.
I don't want to get torn apart by someone that I loved.
I've already been hurt by you,
I don't want to get hurt again.
So please,
Do this last thing for me,
And leave.
I don't want to let you go,
But I know I have to.
Please don't take it personally.
I just can't be around people that will bring me down
When all I want to do is go up.
