Chapter 155: How stupid can I be?

Start from the beginning

"You alright? Are you drunk?" he asked in a concerned tone, "I swear to god that if you're drunk-"

Yamada hollered in the background, "Not without me!"

"Hizashi!" Aizawa hissed before putting the phone back up to his ear, "Are you drunk? It sounds like it."

"Mmm-no...I'm so tired...this hotel suite is so..." I almost didn't finish the statement, "big...and...lonely...I..." and didn't say anymore.

There was a pause before he asked, "Y/N? You still there?" there was another pause, "Hello?" Before he hung up, I heard him say to Yamada, "She must have fallen asleep."

End flashback:

I shot open my eyes and began to stare at the floor for the longest time before I stood back up. I wanted to cry from embarrassment, but I just couldn't. I flopped backwards onto the floor and laid there on my back for an hour or so...probably even longer since I didn't keep track of time. My thoughts were interrupted by a knock at the door. I stayed there on the floor as I said for whoever it was to come in. The door slowly opened and Yamada slowly peeked from around the door as he entered.

"Just wanted to let you know that I made supper and that it's ready." he tilted his head, "You've been back for like, five er six hours. What're you doing down there on the floor and still in your hero costume?"

"Oh nothing." I said under my breath.

"You sleeping on the floor again?"

"Sure."

He then said in an energetic tone, "Well, hurry up and get ready before the food get's cold. I have a feeling that you haven't eaten all day."

I said under my breath again, "Yeah..."

"Alright." he said before turning towards the door.

"Hey," I said, making him turn around and hum like he was asking what was up, "can I eat in here?"

"Why?" he asked, which I didn't answer. A smile slowly crept to his face after realizing, "What? Are you too embarrassed to eat with us at the table?" Still lying on my back, I looked away. He laughed as he turned around and said as he began to walk out, "Okay, you can eat in here; but just know that we will know if you eat or not."

"Thanks." I said with a sigh.

A couple minutes later he came back with a bowl and left it on the coffee table. "I brought you your food. Don't let it go cold, so eat it right away so you can go back to lying on the floor." he said before he walked out.

"Yeah." I said under my breath again.

I laid there for a few more minutes before I got up and went to sit on the floor behind the coffee table. I picked up my chopsticks as I saw that he had made beef udon. I ate it quite fast, so I guess I was hungry and didn't notice. I picked up the bowl as I had the chopsticks lying across the brim of the bowl, and walked out to the railing outside of my bedroom door. I floated it out of my hands and down towards the kitchen. Though they both were facing the direction I was standing in, yet they didn't notice me. When the bowl got low enough, Yamada noticed it and had a confused look.

"Hey, Sho?" Yamada asked.

"What?" Aizawa replied as he picked up a bunch of noodles.

"I think the apartment is haunted." he said as he watched the bowl float into the kitchen sink.

Without looking towards the bowl or to me, he deadpanned, "Yeah, by a ghost named Y/N."

Yamada then looked to my room, which I was still standing by the railing. I gave a wave as I left the railing to go back into my room. I then fed Melody before I went to take a shower. I wanted to cut, but I knew that I shouldn't, so I generated a large rubber band. I put it around my wrist and pulled it back as far as it could go without snapping, then let it go. There was a mean snap sound which lasted a while as it rang in my ears. I repeated that as I went up and down my arms. After I was done with that, I wrapped it around my wrist twice since it was so large, then took a shower. When I was in my hoodie and sweatpants, lying on the beanbag chair, I rolled my sleeve back and began to snap the rubber band again. I guess it was too loud since a little bit later, there was a knock at the door. I said for whoever it was to enter, which then the door opened.
