When I looked up to see myself in the mirror, I was beyond shocked to see my face. My right eye that was shot had nearly fully healed; all that was left was a semi round solid scar that was around my eye that was a darker tone than my normal skin tone. The only thing that struck me odd was that my right eye color had changed. It was no longer a blue, but rather a slight red. I took a step back since I was so startled. I looked down as I felt around my eye, before looking up towards the mirror as I still felt it. I then lifted my hoodie to remove the bandage that was covering the bullet wound that was on my side.

Just as I got a hold of a loose end of the wrapping, Aizawa said, "You shouldn't remove that one quite yet."

I stopped as I looked to him to say, "If my eye is healed, I think that this one will be too."

"But don't forget that this one was the one to do you in, so it will probably take longer to heal." He said quickly to try and fit it in before I started to remove it again.

I ignored him and began to take the bandage off. Once it was off, I looked at it to see that it was not healed whatsoever.

"What?! How could it not be healed at all?!" I exclaimed. They cautiously walked in to get a closer look.

"How could that be? It looks like it hasn't even healed at all." Aizawa said.

Yamada asked, "Could it be because of the poison that was on the bullet?"

"Probably." Aizawa answered.

I chuckled as I pulled a bandage out of the medicine cabinet and slapped it on over the wound, "I'm surprised that I'm not healing faster since I should be used to getting shot."

"Oh, pfft." Yamada said as they both walked out and stood next to the sofa.

I hobbled out of the bathroom as I held my side where I put a fresh band-aid on. "I'm going to sleep." I said as I fell onto the sofa and laid down.

"Don't you want a blanket?" Aizawa asked.

I fixed the pillow under my head as I said, "Nah, I'm on fire."

"Alright then, goodnight." Aizawa said as he started to leave my room with Yamada following behind him.

As I laid there, Melody jumped on the sofa and made herself comfy on my chest. Normally I wouldn't quite like her laying on me as she slept since she was now heavier, but I missed her so much that I didn't mind it this time. I stared at the ceiling as I tried to get sleepy enough to fall asleep. I think I fell asleep with my eyes open again cause I was woken up by someone feeling the side of my neck. I blinked a few times before sitting up. I must have startled Yamada since he jumped back and fell over onto my coffee table while Aizawa was trying to hide his laughter.

"What's up with you guys this morning?" I asked tiredly as I rubbed my neck.

"Morning?" Aizawa said through a laugh, "It's a few minutes past five in the afternoon" I just nodded my head.

Yamada stood up from falling onto the coffee table, "Honestly we thought you were dead."

I began to laugh as I mumbled to myself, "I wish."

"Do you normally sleep with your eyes open?" Yamada asked, conflicted.

"Nope," I responded "...it must have been because I was staring at the ceiling as I was thinking."

Aizawa started to leave my room as Yamada said, "Please, try and not do that again, you almost scared the literal shit out of me." then started for the door. He paused in the doorway and turned around to say, "Oh right, we came in here to tell you that supper will be ready. You should probably eat since you missed both breakfast and lunch."
