A few weeks after everything happened, I was called into the agency for a meeting. When I got there, a bunch of heroes and police were there.

'Shit, am I late?'

As I took a seat, the meeting started.

"Good, now we can start." said the chief, starting the meeting as he stood from his seat. "We have gathered enough information to confront the villain who has been kidnapping children."

As soon as I heard that this is what the meeting was going to be about, unconsciously I sat with my back straightened up and widened my eyes, then slowly looked down.

The chief said in a low tone, "I'm sorry, Blank, that you have to be here, but we may need information and strategies from you."

I lifted my head and noticed that everyone was looking at me. Nervously I said, "Yes, sir." before looking around again and seeing that Eraserhead and Mic were standing in the corner since there weren't enough chairs for everyone, but I was lucky enough to have a chair saved for myself.

He then continued, "As I have said before, we've gathered enough information from stakeouts and other sources." He walked to a map and pointed to a spot on the map that was marked with a red push pin. "This is where we will be heading; a warehouse that was used to mass produce kimonos during the early 1900s by hand. Information right now about the locations history isn't necessary, but if you're interested, refer to page 35 in the cases file. Anyways, here's what we're going to do. We're going to send the police force in first before the heroes; the heroes are going to pretty much be back up if something happens. So, if he puts up a fight, then we'll send heroes in. Though that is what you all are thinking, right? Something simple as that?" He paused as he looked around to see the confusion sink into us who were listening to him. "Wrong. The plan is that we send Blank in first."

He then said to me, "We'll go over your mission more in detail after the meeting." then continued speaking to the whole group, "So yes, we are sending in the youngest hero there is first. You may be wondering, 'why?'. Well, that is because she was kidnapped by him and is the only known person who has escaped his grasp. We've been told that she had killed him all that time ago, but he now has somehow made a comeback. We aren't sure as to what could happen or how he'd react, but we all will be on our toes. We all will listen to Blank and take her instructions once she has gone in. Our main goal is to apprehend him in any way; that means killing him if it's a must. Heroes: instructions on your position and action will be provided after the meeting. On my desk," He slapped his hand on a pile of papers, "here, are the papers for each and everyone one of you that states those instructions. Please, come and pick yours up at the end before you leave."

The chief sat down and continued on. "Anyways, back to the main idea. So, Blank will be sent in first, then she'll call in anyone who she deems necessary for whatever shall happen. The police force will be there as the heroes back up pretty much, but they're going to be there more for apprehending him and taking the villain away when the time is right. We will be putting the plan forth tomorrow at noon, so be here at the station by 10:30; 10:45 at the latest." He paused momentarily. "Are there any questions?" No one moved a muscle. "Good, meeting adjourned."

We all got up and everyone got their paper that they needed and left except for I, who had to discuss the plan. "You wanted to talk to me, sir?"

He looked up to me from his paper then stood up as he said, "Yes, thank you for staying." He walked to the map and looked at it as he started to explain, "Your mission will be to try and play with him." he paused.

Confused, I said, "I'm sorry, but I do not follow."

"Since he tore parts of your body off of you, he must have had to do something with those parts. I believe that he must have found out that you can come back to life over and over again, so he more likely extracted that quirk gene from your blood and gave it to himself. Since it's not originally his, his body may have taken longer than it needed to reanimate itself. That makes me think that he came back to life from the gunshot that you inflicted upon him all those years ago." The chief said, putting his theory out there.
