Chapter 99: Schools in session again

Start from the beginning

"No, not yet; I was planning on telling them after school today. I figured it'd be better to do it then since they'll have more time then." he responded.

I nodded my head once, "I see...So when would I move?"

"I'll discuss that with the other two later today; they'll let you know." he said.

"Sounds good me." I said with a fake smile.

'Sounds good to me my ass! For everyone's safety it'd be best if I were to live on my own!'

Nezu then smiled, "Also, they'd have to be the ones to sign the paper giving the school the approval for you to live on campus grounds. Anyway, if you have any questions please come see me. Now, you may go to lunch."

I stood up as I said, "Have a good day." then left, closing the door behind me.

With each step I took, anger was behind each and everyone of them. Why should I listen to a rat? He can't tell me when to move on a whim. Who the hell is he to tell me what to do? I realized that my expression was showing clear anger, so I did a deep inhale and exhale to try and erase it. I didn't feel like I was in the best mood to join everyone else, so I just went to the classroom and sat there, staring out the window and fumed with invisible anger. Aizawa walked in and grabbed a stack of papers off the podium in the front of the class.

"Oh, I didn't see you there, Y/N. Did you go see principal Nezu?" he asked as he situated the pile of papers.

I turned from the window, "Yeah."

"What did he want?" he asked.

I scoffed before asking, "You're seeing him after school right?"

"Yeah, both Mic and I are." he responded.

I looked back out the window, "You'll find out then."

He walked to the door as he said, "I see, it has to do with you...you better not be in trouble..."

Just as I rested my chin on the palm of my hand, something hit me on the shoulder. I looked down to see what it was. It was a fruit pouch. I then looked up to the door at the front of the classroom. Aizawa was standing in the doorway, then turned around to leave once I took notice of him.

"Thank you!" I yelled, making sure that he heard me since he was a little ways down the hallway.

I picked up the little pouch and opened it. I ate it as I stared out the window, thinking about various things. Like, I'll have to leave Melody at the apartment. I probably won't be able to bring all of my things with me. I'll have to figure out how I'll be able to practice my instruments without disturbing other people. I'll have to figure out what I should do if someone comes to the door when I'm in the middle of cutting. What should I do if I try to kill myself and someone breaks their way into my room and sees me, wondering why I wouldn't come to class that day, or why I'm so pale and weak looking. This is a bad idea moving into a dorm...hey, I get to sleep in a little. Okay, that's the only pro I see in the list of pros and cons. What a pain in the ass.

After I got calmed down a little, people started to come back from lunch. Once I saw everyone, I couldn't stand to look at them knowing that I'll probably hurt them in some way if I were to move into a dorm. It was bad enough that I was a horrible hero, unable to save civilians and fellow heroes, so I didn't want to become an even worse human by hurting my classmates. When class was over, I stayed in my seat and enjoyed the silence of the empty classroom. About ten minutes later they came back and I knew that before they walked into the classroom where I was waiting since I could hear them talking a ways down the hallway.

"It's too soon! The one guy broke in not too long ago! That's going against-" Aizawa complained before he was cut off by Mic.

"I agree with you, but you never know; the security has become really tight." Mic said, though he had a little spark of anger in his voice.

I got up and slung my backpack over my shoulder as Aizawa said, "Yeah, but what if it's a teleporting villain. Hmm? What about then?"

I walked to the front of the room where they were as Mic said in a defeated tone, "You have a point there."

Just as I joined them, Aizawa looked to me with anger and asked, "What's your opinion on this?"

I looked down as I tried to put my thoughts together so they'd make sense, then looked up and answered, "I personally don't think it's a wise idea; not now at least. I don't want to put the whole class at risk. It's bad enough that I'm putting you two at risk right now. It's just that I don't want to hurt anyone as long as I can prevent it, and I can this way by staying put." I then added quietly as I looked to the side, "I'd then have to leave Melody behind."

"That's right!" Aizawa said as if he had a bright idea, "She can't leave Melody behind! It's her cat!"

"But then Nezu would probably change a few rules as long as Y/N would be able to move into a dorm." Mic said.

Aizawa sighed as I asked, "Did he tell you's when I'd have to move?"

Aizawa scoffed as he packed his few items while Mic answered, "He'd like you to move as soon as tomorrow, but you have to be moved in by Friday, so you have only four or so days."

"That's stupid." I said under my breath.

Aizawa stopped what he was doing to agree, "I know, I agree with you on that 100%."

Mic started for the door as he said, "I'll be back, I gotta gather my few things."

I leaned on a desk as I waited for the both of them to get done so we could go back to the apartment. When we got in the car and on our way back, I couldn't help but feel like I had agreed to something that I never actually agreed to do. The more I thought about it, the greater of a feeling that I had that I would be bringing something upon my class that shouldn't happen. As soon as we arrived at the apartment, I changed out of my school uniform and into my normal every day wear. I decided that since the dorm rooms are fairly small, I'll only be able to bring my bed, my art desk, the few book shelves, and certain instruments. I nodded my head at my decision before walking downstairs to the main area.

"Hey, I'm done getting my things together." I said to Aizawa since he went straight to the couch and flopped down onto it.

"That was fast." he said.

"Yeah, I'd just have to teleport the stuff since that would be the simple way with the least amount of effort. I don't know what to do with the rest of the stuff though because I know that there isn't enough room in the dorm for all of my stuff" I said with a sigh that probably showed too well that I didn't want to move again.

"You can keep them there. You'll probably end up coming back here anyway, so it's fine." Yamada said as he walked out of their room and to the kitchen.

"I understand that you don't want to move, but I know that nothing will stop Nezu, so just go with it for now." Aizawa said, sounding defeated.

"Right..."I then turned to go up to my room, "Well, I'm going to be in my room if you need me."

That night I couldn't fall asleep cause I woke up from a dream that something bad happened at the dorm cause of me. I was filled with dread knowing that someone would meet their demise cause of a stupid order that I didn't get any say in. I was so tired the next morning that I wish my mind could have a shut off switch cause it wouldn't shut up and stop running through scenarios.
