"I'm done searching in the area that I was in. We should meet up at the car so we can head back." He suggested.

"That sounds fine to me...should I teleport to the car?" I asked.

He paused and within that pause I heard a car door slam shut, "I just got in the car so if you want to do that it's up to you, I'm fine with waiting though."

I teleported so I was in the car and hung up the phone as I looked at him, "Alright, let's go."

He hung up his phone as he said, "Heeey..." he put his phone into his pocket then turned the car on before backing out of the parking spot. "Did you find anything?"

"Nope...I used a quirk that's like X-ray vision to look in every warehouse that I could find but no one was inside..." I paused for a little bit before I added quietly, "though I have a bad feeling about those."

"Why do you say that?" He asked.

"I don't know, I can't seem to put my finger on it...I just do." There was another pause before I asked, "So, how was it on your end?"

He sighed, "Well, I guess it wasn't a wasted time since we both saved people. I helped five citizens; one was a petty thief stealing a purse, two were children who got separated from their mothers, and the other two were random things that I don't even remember what they were."

"Oh."

"Yeah, nothing as interesting as your run in." he said.

I waited to see if he was going to add anything before I said, "So..."

"'So' what?" he asked.

"So did you find any leads?" I said, correcting myself.

"Oh, no, I didn't." he replied.

I looked to my phone to see if Aizawa had texted me at all as I said, "Well, he could have made it back to the apartment in the time that we were gone. It's almost seven so there's a great chance that he'd already be back."

"Yeah, but then he should have replied to my texts." he said as he took a hand of the steering wheel to wave it about.

I paused to debate if I should ask something, but then I did in a nervous and quiet tone, "You two are pretty close, so wouldn't you two have each other's location on some app or texting thing er something?"

He thought about it for a moment before saying loudly, "You're right! There's this one game that we play sometimes that shows the location of the other player! You're a genius!"

"Well I don't know about that..." I said sheepishly.

He then got an idea, "Hey, have you texted him at all lately? Cause if not then you should since he may be mad at me for no reason and he'll respond to you."

"Alright..." I said as I took my phone out of my pocket to text Aizawa.

After I sent it I put it back into my pocket and waited in silence for my phone to go off with a reply. When we got back to the apartment, Yamada quickly threw the car in park and shut it off before running to the door and unlocking it just so he could run in and leave me in the dust. I walked to the door calmly, unlike Yamada who ran. When I got in he was walking quickly all over the apartment. I stood by the door as I waited for him to pass me to go upstairs. I then followed behind him so I could go to my room to feed Melody. When I got to my room Melody was waiting for me on the back of the sofa as she sat there with her tail wrapped around her. I picked her up and carried her as I walked to the closet to get her food.

"I bet you're super hungry." I said as I sat her down.

She just looked at me with this look that she was mad at me that she wasn't being fed until this late in the day. Once I gave her her food and she finished eating it, she looked at me with a satisfied expression. I smiled as she looked to me with a forgiving look. Just then Yamada ran in, changing the mood in the room.
