My headaches are also very minor, and less frequent.

Life has never been better.

Except for the fact that I have bills stacked up and no job to pay for them.

Morgan works as a bartender, so she lives off of tips. But that will pay her half of the bills, and that still leaves my own issues to deal with.

I grab my laptop off of the coffee table and wait forever for it to load, thanks to the fact that I probably bought this six years ago.

Once I have Google open and running, I click the search box.

*job openings in Boston*

I hit enter and wait impatiently for the page to load.

Once it does, I open a few tabs of different links.

One pops up as a grocery store manager, something I would hate, but probably could get. I mean, you don't need a degree for that, right?

Another is a cashier for a tattoo parlor, but I quickly exit out of that tab too. I could never work in a place like that. I do enjoy observing other people's tattoos, such as Harry's for instance, but I could never work in a shop like that. I bet the sketchiest people go into tattoo parlors. I'm not one to judge, but it's just not the place for me.

My phone starts vibrating uncontrollably, so I turn it on and accept the FaceTime from Niall.

"Hey baby girl," he says, trying to be seductive but fails in trying.

"Hey," I groan, annoyed that I can not find any links that even sound appealing.

"What's wrong?" he asks, and I can hear some weird noise in the background.

"Nothing, just trying to find a job. This is so aggravating," I whine.

"Oh, sorry about losing your job I will make it up to you I will send you money-"

"Oh no! Sorry I'm not mad at you for losing my job. It wasn't even your doing, Shirley was looking for an excuse to fire my anyways, you just happened to give her an opportunity. That's all," I reassure him. I completely forgot he was the reason I didn't have a job anymore, and regret mentioning that I was looking for one in the first place.

"You know, I could probably find some sort of connection for you to get a job out there," he says, tossing a water bottle up and down, the source of the weird noise I noticed before.

"Niall, I can find a job myself," I tell him.

"I'm serious, I know your situations and everything. I can get you a good one too, well paying,"

"I don't know..."

I need a job. Desperately. But, I don't want to get a job just because I'm in a relationship with a member of the biggest boy band in the world. We are exclusive as of right now, anyways. And word would get around quickly if his "connections" spilled the news, and I don't know if I can handle that.

"Just relax for now, and I'll handle it. Okay?"

"Okay," I sigh, giving in. I am desperate, at this point. I just need to pay my bills. Or at least, part of them to hold off for a little while.

"Good. I still don't know why you won't just let me give you money. It's not like I actually even buy anything other than food," he says, now spinning the water bottle.

"I'm not a charity act Niall. I'm an independent woman," I broaden my shoulders to get the full affect.

"Actually, you're not independent. You are in a relationship with this fashionably handsome young man, part time singer, part time guitarist, full time sexy," he pokes his lips out and I giggle.

"You need to stop that!" I smile.

"You know you want it," he sends kissy faces.

"No thanks," I chuckle. Even though, I do. Terribly, I have craved his touch. We have only actually kissed once, and it was full of messy and wet tears. We haven't had an actual intimate kiss, like normal couples would have had multiple of by now. But I guess we aren't the most normal of the pack.

He pouts at my rejection. "Harry will kiss me,"

"Then go date Harry instead of me," I laugh.

"But Harry isn't as pretty as my gorgeous girlfriend," I blush, smiling giddily.

"Aren't you supposed to be recording right now?"

"Yeah, but I'm on break," he says, tossing the waterbottle and I can hear it hit something else.

"Score!" he throws his hands up in the air and I assume he got the bottle into a bin.

"You should join the NBL, I bet the Celtics could use another leprechaun," I tell him and he does a little Irish dance which I can't help but laugh at.

I miss him, too much. It hurts, physically hurts to be so far from him. I can feel a tug on my heart, as it tries to pull us together, over the seas and across to the United Kingdom.

"We will see each other soon, I will make sure of it," as if he read my thoughts.

"I hope," I sigh.

"If I bought you a plane ticket, would you come here? To England?" he asks.

"What?" I gasp.

"Would you come to London?" he asks, his full attention ready for my answer.

"Niall..." his smile turns into a frown and he looks down at the floor, the way he always does when he's upset.

"It's not that I don't want too, I do. Believe me, I do. I've always wanted to go to England, more than anything. But it's just not practical," I tell him, honestly.

"I would pay for everything," he reassures.

"I know you would, but I can't. I just can't, and you know that," I make my words a little more toned seriously, so he knows that I mean my statement.

"Okay, I'm just trying to figure this out for both of us," he mumbles.

"I know you are, I know how much you care. I care too,"

"Do you?" he asks, a little rudely remarked.

"Yes, I do. More than anything. I haven't cared or felt this happy since-" I stop my words and shake my head. "You mean the world to me and you know that," I point my eyebrows together.

"Dude, break room is for a break, not a fucking vacation," I hear Louis say in the background.

"Just give me five more minutes," Niall turns around in his chair to talk to the boy in the doorway, now walking in and grabbing a water off of the counter, also behind Niall.

"Oh I see why you are taking so long. Hello Allyson! How are you doing love?" he waves, as I wave back.

"I'm good, how about you?" I respond politely.

"I am just swell. I hate to break this whole reunion up, but I need to steal your little boyfriend for a bit so we can finish our work up and go home," he says, coming closer to the camera, unscrewing his water and taking a long chug.

"That's alright. I'll talk to you later Ni. Have fun recording you two!" I smile, but Niall looks frustrated.

"Bye bye!" Louis waves excitedly.

"Bye Allyson," Niall says, faking a small smile, and my screen goes black.

With nothing else to do with my free time, I drag myself up to my bedroom and put in my headphones, turning on my music and picking up my book off of my bed stand and then plopping myself over my sheets. After wrapping myself up like a cocoon, I open one of my favorite novels, Legend which I have read at least a million times. Exaggerated, but it is honestly one of my favorites.

I read through the lines of the pages, and hum along to some Ed Sheeran, loving life more right now than ever before. Even if the source of my happiness is thousands of miles away.
