I gripped Chloe's hips, pulling her against me, and the atmosphere in the room changed.

"How are you real?" I asked her, mainly to myself, as I stared into her hazel eyes.

She blushed, filling my senses with her intoxicating smell.

"I'm not the mythical creature here, now am I?" she retorted.

I rolled my eyes and smiled.

"Are you sure? I think you're a smart mouth siren," I replied, picking her up and throwing her over my shoulder.

She laughed and screamed, kicking her feet. I spun her around quickly, slapped her ass, then tossed her back onto the bed, where she bounced and shrieked, her hair falling around her face. She blew it back and glared at me, trying to hide the amused grin pulling at her full pink lips.

I sped to her closet, grabbed the red dress that I REALLY wanted to see on her, and then thought twice, and grabbed the black midriff leather jacket that she had been wearing the first night that I met her. She gasped as I popped up in front of her, holding the items.

"Here, what else do you need?" I asked, grinning at her shaking her head.

"I'll get it," She replied. "Freaking vampires." I heard her mutter under her breath and I laughed.

She gathered the rest of her stuff up, including a make up bag stuffed to the brim, some black boots, and a hair straightener.

"I have one of those if you don't want to bring yours," I replied.

She raised her eyebrows at me.

"A straightener?" she asked, holding it up.

"Yeah," I nodded, and ran my hand through my hair. "See these curls?"

She walked up to me, and brought both of her hands up to my hair, burying her fingers in it.

 I almost groaned.

"I love the curls though. You should let it stay that way sometimes."

'Control' I thought to myself, as she bit her lip.

I reached my hands up to hers and brought them down to her sides.

"If we don't leave, we aren't going to and I really wanna go have some fun with you," I said, not recognizing the begging sound to my own voice.

There were a lot of things that I didn't recognize about myself now.

She grinned, female pride showing all over her face. She knew what she was doing and she was proud of it.

"How long do we have before we actually go out?"

I shrugged glancing at the clock by her bed. "A few hours actually. I was going to go to town with the guys, while you got ready with the girls. It won't take us as long as it will you."

Her mouth dropped open a little, and her eyes widened. "Colby Brock, are you trying to say that all females take forever getting ready?"

I laughed at her expression, and nodded. "Yeah, I am. Tell me it doesn't take you forever to get ready when you are going out, and I'll take it back."

She huffed. "It does not take forever. It just takes as long as it takes. I have to pick out the perfect outfit, which I already did, find the things to accessorize with it, earrings, bracelets, and things, apply my makeup, and fix my hair. It'll take a couple of hours at most." I rolled my eyes and grinned. "That is NOT forever!" She exclaimed, throwing her hands up in aggravation.

"You're right. It's not forever. Just a long time. You don't need to do all of that by the way." I replied, as I kissed her nose, and grabbed her bag. "You could go just like that, no makeup, bed head, t-shirt, and tiny booty shorts, and still be the most beautiful girl there."

I wasn't even trying to placate her. She was absolutely gorgeous standing there, watching me with those damn eyes. Her lashes lowered as she blushed at me.

A growl slipped up my throat, out of my control, and her eyes widened again. I closed my eyes for a second.

"The blushing," I explained when I opened them back up.

"I though you liked that now," She replied.

"I do. I just don't want you to be stoned while we're at the club. I want you to be able to enjoy yourself, drink, and still be able to walk, not stumbling around high. I'll bite you later." I said, as I winked at her.

She didn't reply, but her hand crept up to her neck and rubbed over the mostly healed mark there.

By the time we reached the Trap House, everyone was up, but the guys were sitting around the TV room, while the girls were in the bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs. I could hear them.

"You guys wanna go to town with me?" I asked, when we entered the room.

Sam looked up and grinned.

"What'd you have in mind?"

Tara zoomed in then, grabbing Chloe by the arm and making her shriek again.

"Damnit Tara!" She exclaimed, placing her hand over her heart.

Tara laughed.

"Sorry! Come on, we're all up here."

Chloe leaned up and pressed her soft lips against mine, before leaning back and looking at Tara. "Okay, let's go."

They walked off, and I watched the sway of her hips in those tiny shorts as they did.

"Nice." Aryia said, right next to me.

I glanced over to him and noticed that all of the guys were watching my girlfriend walk away in those fucking shorts.

"Look away if you want to keep your eyes." I growled out, baring my fangs at them.

Mike held his hands up and laughed.

"Colby is getting so protective over this one. It's so sweet," Elton said.

I rolled my eyes.

"Shut the fuck up and let's go. There's something that I want to do. Plus, maybe we can get some new fits for tonight."

"Tara, let the other girls know we'll be back soon. Love you," Jake said, and then I heard Tara's voice from upstairs.

"Love you too Jakey. The guys said they'll be back soon and that they love you. Okay, this dress Chloe!"

I shook my head and smiled. "Let's go."

We took my car, Sam riding shot gun, with Elton, and Corey in the back. Jake took his car, with Kev, Mike, and Aryia.
