- She's Missing -

"LOOK FOR her! Kahit halughugim niyo ang buong mundo just to fvcking find her! Mapap*tay ko kayo kapag hindi niyo nahanap ang asawa ko!" galit na sigaw ko sa mga walang kwentang tauhan na nasa harapan ko.

"Y-yes, Your Highness!" utal na sagot naman ng isang knight na lider ng grupong nasa harapan ko.

I hissed. These bunch of idiots!

"Spread this fvcking message to every fvcking mafia around the world," I coldly utter to the guy kneeling in front of me. "Once I found out who the fvcking asshole did kidnapped my wife, I will fvcking get all of them annihilated without sparing their families. And once I saw even a single bruise from her skin, I won't let their future generations exist. I want it posted, word by word. It's a treaty for treason. Now move!" my voice boomed around the room.

Dali-dali naman silang umalis sa loob ng office ko. Naramdaman ko naman ang pagtapik sa balikat ko and I saw Alexus.

"Kalma lang Ali. It's not a good idea if you are this mad," he said.

Hearing that, I heaved a deep sigh before sitting back in my chair. But I could still feel the tension in my muscles. My mind is even loaded with thoughts and the whereabouts of Lexine.

Dammit!

"I can't. I can't kuya. It's Lexine! My wife! For fvck's sake, how can I calm down?!" hindi ko pa rin naiwasang reklamo.

I heard him sigh too. See? I know if it was his wife; magkakaganito din siya.

Like fvck! That's my wife! Kasasabi ko pa lang na ang asawa ko ang buhay ko tapos ito? Bigla nilang sasabihin na nawawala si Lexine!

Dammit!

Hindi ako mapapakali. Never! Not unless I can see her alive and well in front of me. Not unless I am sure she's safe.

Wala pa ring twenty-four hours ang lumilipas mula nang mawala si Lexine so kahit naman alam kong hindi makakatulong ang mga pulis to look for her, my brother still planned to ask the police for help.

And I can't say no. I don't give a sh*t anymore. All I care about is my wife. All I care about is finding her and bringing her back safe and sound in my arms.

At mas lalo akong naalarma ngayong alam ko na, na hindi ang mga magulang niya ang nagtago sa kanya.

—Flashback—

"She's gone and missing."

Para naman akong nabingi sa narinig. I was just looking at her for seconds before my mind finally absorbed her words.

"What?" I asked, wanting her to tell me that I misheard her.
"I said, Lexine's gone. Nawawala siya Ali," she repeated, looking at me seriously.

And again, I just looked at her, waiting for her to laugh and said she's just joking. Although I kind of fvcking hate that joke, it's still better than being the truth.

But again, seconds passed until it became a minute. Doon lang ako nabahala.

"The hell?! What are you talking about, Killiance?! How would she go missing?! How can you say so? Fvck it!" gulat na bulalas ko sa kanya.
"She is, Ali. Kaninang umaga, while I was trying to change your clothes, nagpaalam sa akin sina Blythe at Alexus na titingnan nila ang Lexine na sinasabi mo since Blythe knows her. But minutes past, mula nang umalis sila ay tumawag sa akin si Alexus telling that your wife is missing. Kita kasi nila yung mga iniwan mong bantay sa kanya na puros walang malay. And I think right at this moment, they were looking for her," sunod-sunod namang paliwanag ni Kill.
"Fvck it!"
