////Chapter 24////

"Thank you so much for the food, Ms.Seo-Yeon." Mina bowed as they left the building. A black car waiting for what seemed like the CEO, a women waiting inside.

Seo-Yeon chuckled, shaking her head with a smile, "Thank you for the company. I never knew coming back here would let me meet an angel like you." The CEO complimented, her smile was wide.

Mina giggled though she did feel a little shy with all the compliments she's been getting. As Seo-Yeon opened the door of her supposed car, the women stopped halfway through, rummaging through her bag. Mina was about to turn away only to be stopped by a voice.

"Ms.Myoui!"

Mina turned around, Seo-Yeon chuckled, putting a rectangular piece of paper into her palm. "That's my number. If you ever need to talk to someone, I'll be here." She smiled, before walking back to her car, waving and soon being driven off.

The penguin stared down at the paper, it was like a usual business card though this time it was from someone she truly admired. Mina silently squealed before slipping the card into her back pockets.

She always admired Seo-Yeon. A middle age women who looks as if she never really aged. That CEO was intelligent and she was respected in her industry of business. Mina couldn't help but be thankful of meeting her idol.

Someone she's always looked up to.

"Chaeyoung. What the hell do you think you're doing?" A voice scolded, so bold and angry. Her small hands trembled in fear. "-Crying and whining? If you want to live in this world, you're willingness to cry has to be put aside. Stop being weak and grow up for once!"

Chaeyoung kept quiet, her mouth closed shut. She didn't bother retaliating. After all, she's a kid. What was she going to do. "Sorry." Is all she muttered. Her temptation to let out another sob was held at the back of her throat.

"If you really want to be strong, don't waste time on your tears." Is all they said, before grunting in frustration, walking away.

Chaeyoung stared, tears non-stop. Until she felt a warm embrace envelop her small body. The voice so soothing it calmed her storm. "Don't worry, Chaeyoungie." She looked up to see the eyes of someone so dear to her.

"Crying doesn't mean weakness. It means your courageous. Those who are courageous are those who are the bravest. And I know you are brave. Chaeyoung."

"Ah damnit wrong angle." Chaeyoung grunted, "Why am I even taking pictures at this time." She sighed, lazily sitting down on the wooden bench. The swaying of the trees taking away her stronger emotions.

"All this time and I thought you would never come back." Chaeyoung hummed, glancing at her phone, "Why." She asked, as if someone would even answer. You came at the right place at the wrong time.

"Found what you were looking for?"

Chaeyoung chuckled, looking up as she saw her face glistening in the moonlight. Her chiseled face shining so bright in the source of light. "Nope. Guess this isn't my day. But, thanks to you, I feel happier. Thank you Minari." She winked.

Mina rolled her eyes playfully, "Oh shut up." She sat beside Chaeyoung, her eyes clasped together.

"You know-" Chaeyoung smiled, "-the first time I took a photograph was with my parents. My mom was so persistent with the photo it made my dad and I tired. It was so cool too, my dad taught me how to develop photos and as a kid that was pretty mind blowing stuff." She chuckled, stuffing her camera into the bag.

Mina smiled, though it was faint, "You're really close to your parents huh?"

Chaeyoung looked at the penguin, her eyebrows arching, "How about you?"

"My parents were always busy with business. They never really had time for me but they took care of me. So I guess Im lucky in a way." Mina shrugged, leaning back on the wooden bench.

Chaeyoung mumbled though the penguin couldn't hear it. She tried to clarify but the tiger refused, denying what she said. Mina figured it was a slip so she didn't bother asking questions.

"Hey at least you get to talk to them." Chaeyoung comforted, her hand gently rubbing the back of Mina's. "Sometimes hearing the voices of the people you love can be helpful."

Mina flashed a quick smile, one that was so faint. She felt Chaeyoung's hand graze her back a couple times, her heart beating a little faster. Her eyes looking everywhere but Chaeyoung's. Mina wanted to start a conversation but she only caught herself staring.

Chaeyoung's eyes portrayed this warm emotion and Mina couldn't help but feel attracted to it. She unconsciously leaned a little closer, staring deeper. Chaeyoung didn't even notice her actions though it was probably wasn't that obvious.

"Your shaking." Chaeyoung's voice cut through the tension, Mina jolting a bit as she feels the warmth of Chaeyoung's body fade. "Are you cold?"

Mina shook her head slightly, snapping herself back to reality faster. "N-No I'm fine." She chuckled, the gust of wind passed by but it was light.

Chaeyoung raised an eyebrow, "No lying."

"I'm not! I'm a penguin. The cold doesn't bother me."

"Oh yeah, you are a penguin." Chaeyoung snickered, "You walk just like one."

Mina rolled her eyes, raising her hand as if she was threatening to slap the tiger. Chaeyoung leaned back, preparing herself though she didn't receive anything. "Today was a pretty good day." Mina smirked, "-So you can't ruin it for me."

Chaeyoung chuckled, ruffling Mina's hair before sitting down, "How was today a good day? Cause for me, it was the opposite."

Mina shrugged, "Today I ate with someone special. And I just feel happy."

Chaeyoung gasped, her hand covering her mouth, "Are you seeing someone?!" Her eyes filled with this teasing expression.

"No, idiot." Mina sighed, "I met my idol. Someone who I really look up to."

"Who?"

Mina opened her mouth, but she remembered what Yeri said. How Chaeyoung gets a little annoyed with the topic of Seo-Yeon, so she figured it'd be best not to speak that name. "No one you know of."

Chaeyoung arched an eyebrow, "That makes me curious." She pouted, adjusting the strap of her camera. "Well whoever it may be, they're doing a good job." The pout faded and was soon replaced by a softened smile.

Mina arched a brow, "Why?"

"They made you smile-" Chaeyoung looked at Mina, her smile so endearing Mina could feel her heart pounding.

"-and when you smile, I feel happier."
