~ 누구? – asking “Who?”
As we know that: 무엇? – is used for asking “What?” 뭐? – is the casual form. 뭐예요? – is the polite form, and 무엇입니까? – is the formal form.
If a noun is being asked, then we used “무엇?” or “뭐?”
'이/그'저' is use when referring to a noun. Example: Q: 그 사람은 누구입니까? Who is that person?
A: 그 사람은 미미입니다. That is Mimi.

‘~의’ is the “’s” in English. It is written as ‘~의’ but pronounced as ‘~에’ Example: This is Suzy’s bag. 수지의 가방입나다.
For making the word Plural, we add '들' = “ ‘s ” Example: Teachers = 선생님들 Friends = 친구들
