Something to work at: Now, let’s try to change English name’s to Korean spelling. Writing/pronouncing English words in Korean is no exception to the rule. For example, love, which has one vowel ‘o’ for a consonant l and e for v, is pronounced lo-ve ( 러-브 ) as two syllables. But a word such as skirt, which has only a vowel i for consonants s, k , r , t , must be broken into multiple syllables in Korean: s-kir-t ( 스-커-트 ) as three syallables.
