Happy birthday lelelovatic !!
From lildixie88 xx

Sorry it's a little late!

You're at home...

You yawn as you wake up. It's the day after your birthday. You wished you could have been together with your girlfriend for your big day, but she couldn't get back. She's still on tour, and though you love getting to see her perform, you can't help but feel lonely.
You rub your eyes and get out of bed. Since today's your day off, you're actually planning on celebrating your birthday today. Though that only really entails making pancakes for breakfast and baking yourself a cake, it'll be a fucking party.
You go into the bathroom and hop in the shower to clear your head. It's a sunny and bright day, and it's nice and warm. You dry off your hair and pull on a bandana to keep it out of your face. You get dressed in some comfortable and loose clothing before going downstairs.
It takes you a moment to notice the smell. You're so ready to make pancakes that you're already smelling them in your mind. Wait. No.
You can hear somebody downstairs. Your heart starts beating faster. Could it be?
You poke your head into the kitchen, and there she is.
"Demi!" you shriek, making her jump in surprise. She nearly throws the pancake onto the ceiling, but she manages not to. Just barely.
"Happy birthday!" she yells as she turns off the stove and runs over to you. She has some pancake batter on her shirt, but you don't worry about it as you throw your arms around her.
"I missed you so fucking much," you breathe, and she laughs slightly.
"I missed you, too," she says, kissing your neck lightly.
"How did you get here? When did you arrive?"
"I arrived about an hour ago," she replies. "I knew you were asleep, so I decided to make some pancakes to surprise you."
"How long will you be—"
"Wait. First, I'm sorry I couldn't get home in time for your birthday," she says, cutting you off. You pull away to look at her.
"You don't have to apologize. You're here now," you say, and she smiles. Her brown eyes are bright with life. She's so gorgeous. "How long can you stay?"
"I have to leave tomorrow night," she says, and you let out a breath before smiling.
"We have a whole day and a half to ourselves, then," you say, and she grins.
"That we do."
You spend the morning making pancakes together and eating them. You're so happy that you can't think straight. Probably because you're not.
After breakfast, you start baking a cake—it's so much more fun with her. By the time you've popped the cake in the oven, you're both covered in flour.
"We're so good at not spilling things," Demi says in a deadpan voice.
"We are," you reply, taking her hand. "Let's go outside for a bit."
You pull her outside, and the sun shines brightly in the sky. You brush off your clothes, and you breathe in the fresh air.
"I'm so glad I could be here," Demi comments, and you look to her. She smiles. You love when the sunlight hits her eyes; she looks ethereal.
"I feel the same way," you respond, and she puts her arms around you. Your heart beats faster.
"I love you so much," she whispers as she leans in. You smile as your lips meet.
"I love you more," you whisper against her lips. She smiles into the kiss and pulls you closer. She tastes sweet like she always does.
"Impossible," she murmurs, making you giggle.
You spend the afternoon watching movies and icing the cake—which turned out alright, luckily.
That evening, you make all your favorite foods together and spend the night playing games and just enjoying each other's company.
You couldn't have ever imagined a better birthday celebration.
