Robert softly opened his eyes, feeling a bit perplexed at first. But the soft body he was holding and the scent invading his nostrils calmed him down immediately. He looked down to see Emma softly sleeping, her head leaning against his chest. It was a dream to him. Waking up next to her.
He smiled widely and kissed her forehead softly, feeling happier than ever.
“Hmmm” She smiled, opening her eyes as well
“Sorry, I didn’t mean to wake you”
She smiled widely “It’s ok. I was in a light sleep. I woke up some time ago and went downstairs, Sophie is there already” She looked at him “You were sleeping so well I didn’t want to wake you. Then I just… decided to come and sleep a little more”
He smiled widely “You came back… to bed?”
“You’re the best blanket” she chuckled “and pillow”
He shyly smiled “Anytime, Emma” he softly touched her shoulder with his fingers, giving goosebumps all the way down her spine
“It was the best sleep I ever had”
Emma smiled “I’m glad Robbie” She caressed his hair “You needed it”
He smiled at her adoringly “Thank you Emma”
She kissed his cheek “Don’t.” she stood up “Now, c’mon. Let’s eat something and let me introduce you to Sophie. She’s eager to know you”
Robert’s eyes widened as he stood up, putting on some sportive grey pants “Is she?”
“Yes, she knows how sexy you are”
He shyly smiled at her. He would never got used to compliments. And Emma just loved when he was shy.
Both stepped downstairs and saw Sophie holding her camera, with a laptop in front of her, but lazily siting on the couch with the TV on
“Hey you, Robert’s up” Emma said
Sophie immediately turned around, a big smile on her face. She immediately stood up and walked to them “Hi Robert” She said
“Sophie” He charmingly smiled
“Gosh, you are…” Sophie boldly started, before glancing at Emma “So, how was the night?!” She smiled
He glanced at Emma, a smirk on his face “The best”
“Oh, feel free to come anytime!” She smiled
Emma glanced at her “Me and Sophie were talking and we had a few ideas that would be interesting, if you agree Robert”
He raised his eyebrow “What?”
“Come, let’s eat something while talking” Emma pushed him to the kitchen table, Sophie followed them and started to talk
“So, this is the idea.” She started “Emma told me about your OCD, I hope there’s not a problem…” She said
“Oh… no” He stammered
“You know… I’m a reporter, I work for a newspaper in town, we have nice photographers and we even make some live interviews” She smiled at him “The idea would be, since you have that amazing body,” Robert’s eyebrow raised as she continued “to take some pic’s of you, or even make a video of you as some kind of model” She smiled “you wouldn’t even need to say anything. I just knew you would be successful. And then, at a later stage, when everyone already knew you, you would announce you have OCD, and use it as a stunt to promote people’s knowledge and less prejudice about mental disorders” Sophie smiled “I just know it would work. With the right help and nice sponsors, it would be huge!” She excitedly said
