The day I had been dreading was finally here, it was Halloween, also known as my dad's engagement party. My dad is well known in this small town, so basically everyone is invited, and that means that Carter is probably going to be here.
But Jadon and I are going to crash this little perfect party, while others are dressed up, we are too just not as elegant, in fact not elegant at all.
As I was getting ready, my ringtone went off so of course I ran to get my new phone. Bri got me another one last week so I wouldn't be completely out of touch. As much as I hate her and she hates me, I have to admit we do worry each other, it's our jobs as sisters.
"Hello?"
"The eagle is in its nest!"
"What?"
"The birds flying the coop!"
"Speak English Jay!"
"The plan is in place."
"You could have just said that-"
"But that doesn't sound cool." I roll my eyes and chuckle. Typical Jadon making codes for everything, he even had a code for when Daniel fell out of the tree. "It doesn't sound cool the way you say it either."
"Wow crushing my dreams Lily, I see how it is. I got to go, I'll see you later foxy roxy." I chuckle, trying to picture the two of us in our ridiculous costumes. "Alright Jay the stack of babe."
I hung up the phone with a smile on my face thinking that this day was going to be great. I was 100% wrong.

"Thank you everyone for coming to celebrate Brooke and my engagement, it means a lot that you could make it. It also means a lot that I have the full support of my two daughters." He gestures for us to come down, I smirk at Bri who is wearing an elegant gown.
"You're crazy."
"I just might be." I replied with a smile, making sure she goes first, people snapped pictures of her and were in awe whereas for me they all just gasped in horror, in their defense though I did look like a stripper.
"I would just like to say how proud I am of my father for marrying the best slut in the world. In fact, I even got this outfit from her closet." I made sure to wink at the camera before walking over to Jadon only to see that he's in a tux laughing.
"So you actually went through with it, damn Lily." I made sure to punch his arm hard, he looked at me shocked. "What was that for?"
"For not going through with the plan!" He grunts and takes off his jacket, revealing his muscles, I smirk. "Better. Would you like to dance?"
"I'd love to. DJ play something hot!" Jadon shouts, throwing his jacket at Tyler. Everyone just stood there looking at us in shock, I couldn't help but laugh. I might now be known as the town slut but it's worth it.
After we danced, or more like grinded on each other, I was thirsty so I decided to get a drink from the kitchen but instead I was pulled into the laundry room.
"What are you doing?" I recognized that voice, I would know that voice if he was even a clone. I knew the blue eyes and blonde hair and I couldn't help but jump into his arms. "Me? What are you doing here Ben?"
"Dad helped get me out with the money mom left me. Now answer my question, what are you doing? This isn't you." As much as I want to be angry, I can't because I don't even think he knows. "Did dad tell you the reason for this or have you even heard anything going on back there?" He shakes his head, I chuckle.
